Its a really cool place to live, the staff is kind and the apartment is big and spacious! For my first apartment, it’s not bad at all especially coming from dorm housing lol. The move in special was the bomb!! And i love the fact that I have a garden tub in the bathroom, plus the washer and dryer is a super plus!!

I have lived here since 2018. I love the apartment as apartments go (I have lived in many around the country). There is a lot of living area, and plenty of storage space. The grounds are kept very clean and beautiful. Tej rents are reasonable for what Huntsville is charging now, and there is a senior discount. The current management team is wonderful, and responsive to inquiries and issues. The maintenance folks are great as well! They do a great job responding to issues. As no place is perfect a few things are not showstoppers but want to mention: The cabinet space in the kitchen does not have a pantry with easily adjustable shelves (appears they can be but have not figured out how to); there is only 1 trash area and is a compactor - it sometimes gets over full (a lot has to do with inconsiderate tenants that jam it up); there is no recycling if that is important to you. All-in-all I have enjoyed living here and have just renewed for a 7th year!

I’ve only been here a few weeks but the energy of the community is excellent a very quiet environment. Maintanence was very quick to respond to work order and immediately came when there was a problem with my shower same day. I’m looking forward to the rest of my time here.

Just finished moving my son in. The apartment is very spacious. A couple of items could have used a better cleaning. He is excited to start this journey and start his new job.

I am currently living in these apartments and have had issues with cockroaches many times. Posted about it on the community portal to see if anyone else had this issue, but post was either deleted or not approved. Pest control service requests are marked resolved even if pest control does not come by. Leasing office says they are probably just coming in for water and that it probably isn’t an infestation. Maintenance comes by to fix anything broken pretty quickly, and never had any major problems with neighbors. For the price, the place is spacious and not too bad, but the pest issues are too much for me. Edit: found another one after posting this! iPhone says it’s a brown banded cockroach Edit 2 3/1/2025: After posting the Google review, leasing office was reached out to by corporate and claimed they would be taking better care of the issue and that we would get pest control to stop by weekly. Pest control has stopped by one time since then and leasing office hasn’t reached out again since. If you’re considering living here, do a thorough check of the premises before signing the lease

Me and my person have been living here for a little less than a year and the community, amenities, the office staff have been nothing short of outstanding. We were in search of something that felt like home and the office staff upon move in were very nice and professional and welcoming they made it feel like home for us and they are such loving souls. I have not had a bad experience yet . The place is very quiet and clean and the overall atmosphere is just beyond words. I love being a resident here and i would recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a great community!

Hey everyone, I’m currently a resident here (units 32-104 and now 26-103), and I wanted to share an honest, balanced perspective based on our experience over the past three years. I travel often and have lived in several places, so I try to be fair and realistic when reviewing any place I’ve called home. When my wife and I first moved in, she was expecting our first child. She had only lived in Texas and California before, so relocating was a big shift. From the beginning, the customer service was solid—both during our initial tour and over the phone as we prepared for the move. Our first unit was a two-bedroom, two-bath, and we spent two good years there. The team here, Erica, Deandra, Jennifer, and Henry, has consistently delivered excellent service. Yes, they enforce policies, and sometimes that feels inconvenient, but they’re also willing to go the extra mile when they can. To be fair, the few hiccups we’ve had were more on our side, and they were just doing what their role required. The maintenance crew Gary, Jackie, Keith, and the newer team members (apologies for forgetting names) have also been responsive, reliable, and always willing to help. They’ve shown up for us time and time again, which makes a big difference when you’re raising a young family. We recently moved into a three-bedroom with two baths, and again, the support we receive especially from Erica and the home office made the transition smooth and stress-free. The sense of community here is real. At events and gatherings, it often feels like we’re among extended family. That’s been especially meaningful for my wife and kids, being far from their original home base. All in all, we’ve truly enjoyed our time here. If the time ever comes to move on, it’ll be hard to say goodbye. My advice for anyone considering Addison Park: If you’re looking for a community with a responsive, consistent, and fair team people who treat you like more than just a tenant—this is a great place to call home. Thanks for reading, and I hope this helps you make an informed decision whether you’re considering moving in or choosing to stay. Khaalis
