AT&T Store

Purchased a new Samsung Galaxy 25 Ultra. All AT&T representatives were very friendly and helpful at the time of purchase. Beware...when you walk out if the store, everything changes. I was instructed to do a transfer of data from my old phone to my new phone, the night of purchase. I places both phones side by side on my nightstand and had to charge the new phone over 30% to perform transfer. My new phone made an odd noise, so I proceeded to pick it up. Bad idea. The Samsung 25 Ultra was so hot, when I picked it up, the back of the phone shattered. I went to another AT&T store close to my home, just to look at the phone. They told me it had internal cracks and it was probablydue to overheating. As instructed, I contacted the AT&T store on Governors Drive (Bridge Street), where I purchased the phone less than 24 hrs prior. I explained what happened and what the representative from the other store told me. To make a long story a little shorter, they didn't care. They didn't care about a solution to the issue or even if I was injured at the time. The only thing they offered to do, was file an insurance claim on my insurance and me pay an additional $299.00 for a refurbished phone. This is very unacceptable in my opinion. If you can't stand behind what you sell, it shouldn't be sold. It's a shame how nice they were when they were getting money, but when I really needed help, they didn't care and would not help. AT&T Loyalty even told them to replace the phone and they refuse. Please...if you want good service, don't use this store. I might even go to the extent of saying don't use AT&T!

Dalton Eskew was amazing and an absolute pro with the quickness and knowledge of the business. He had such an amazing welcoming personality, thoughtful when speaking, and you just could tell that he actually cared!!! He is an amazing employee at AT&T!!! We will request him every time!!!

Went into this store back in March 2025 to switch my service from Verizon Wireless to At&T Mobility. Let me just say doing business with this location turned out to be a nightmare. The sales rep that assisted me name is Dolton. When making the switch I traded in my old device and got a new iPhone and Apple Watch. Several errors were made when setting up my account such as my installment plans were not tied to the correct devices. When I was informed of this matter by customer service I was advised it would have to be corrected at the store. Basically my devices would have to be retired and repurchased. However since then it’s been beyond the 15 day return policy. I spoke with him and management at the store both referred back to customer service. The error has caused me to miss out on the full trade in promotion due to Dolton putting down I traded an Apple Watch, instead of an iPhone 15 Pro. I will spare additional details because it’s really a lot. However if and when I decided to upgrade my iPhone I will run into a major problem and possibly have to pay out more money than I should. This review is to inform future customers to A. Don’t do business with this location and B. Be aware of what is going on pertaining to your account. Just so we are clear, my issue is not with At&T as a company it’s with the Bridge Street location and the associates there.

Rude people. did not help with anything and the lady would not let me finish my sentence before walking off and trying to get me to leave. Looked like they wanted to sit down and relax instead of helping customers. 0/10

Dalton was very kind and sweet to my elderly mother. He took time and explained things to her. If I didn’t have another carrier through my employment, I would change to ATT just because of Dalton’s honesty and care.
