Had a great experience getting my battery replaced today by Scott! He was very kind, courteous, and was able to replace it quickly. Would definitely come back to this location again.

Great experience using this particular store. I was recommended this store from a family member and with a brake light that refused to turn off even after turning off the car, I decided to stop in to check out a brake light switch. First thing walking in I was greeted and helped by Scott. He listened to my issue asked a few questions and based on his knowledge he already knew the problem. He then checked out the issue to be sure and quickly pointed me to the solution. His help and knowledge will keep me using this store. Saved me the run around and money. I had the wrong parts for the repairs I needed on my Silverado and Scott Clayton helped me get my parts changed out and they had come from two stores so I know it was a hassle. He even took the time to help me get the best value for my money instead of trying to sell me the most expensive parts. He is the reason I will continue dealing with autozone

Very Slow Service, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to return something. 1 other customer in the store. Had an employee come in and start his shift soon after I got there and just walked by me standing there and didn't ever return to help.
