Just finished up purchasing my Cougar 29RLP from Chris. He did a fantastic job helping me get the camper we were looking for. Excellent selection of campers on site and easy to work the deal with. Probably one of the fastest trips through the final paperwork I have ever had with Genna in the business office. Everything was prepared and worked through smoothly. About 2 hours from start to finish, including meeting Chris, pre-delivery walk through, troubleshooting how the instant hot water worked, demo of the self leveling, hitch set up hook up and a quick stop at their parts dept to pick up a couple things we wanted. The team was fantastic and the deal couldn’t have been smoother. Thanks again!

Buying our Fifth Wheel was a delightful and informative experience. Heather, our salesperson, appeared at the perfect moment. Her in-depth knowledge of the campers and non-aggressive approach were commendable. We were thrilled to purchase our first camper from Bankston Motorhomes, a family-operated business. The staff were welcoming and cooperative, providing a detailed explanation of the camper's features and ensuring the hitch installation on our truck was done correctly before we left the premises. They offered outstanding service. Even after the sale of we have had any questions, they have been helpful. We met Mr. Bankston and he is a joy.

Chris Santana is a professional and helpful salesman - articulate, intelligent, and patient. He was courteous and approachable. He’s the kind of person you are glad was there to help you - easygoing, knowledgeable, and friendly also. Knew the product quite well also.

Bankston is the 3rd RV place we've bought from and by far the best! Shout out to Frank in finance as he gave us a rate that other lenders said couldn't be done. Everyone was so nice and easy to work with! We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Bankston! Heather was our sales professional and she was great! She was very responsive with all our questions. We live over 3 hrs away and had several questions about the unit. She sent pics to us to confirm items in the camper. It was well worth the 3 hr drive due to the service they provided. Also, they were $5,000 less on the camper we wanted compared to our local RV places. If we ever decide to trade we will definitely be going back to Bankston!

The people are wonderful. Salesman wasn't pushy, great communication and hospitable. The other ladies were sweet with the kiddos. They didn't pressure me.. they helped us with the process of getting a stabilizer, the finance lady was amazing and sweet. She worked with my bank and it was smooth. Way smoother than the last place I dealt with. When it came to the walk through, it was very thorough. They even stayed over a bit for us due to having last minute insurance hiccups. I am thankful the process was smooth and fast. I can't recommend them enough! 🙂

We were purchasing a Brinkley which is a pretty big deal for us. Zach was very accommodating in the beginning but towards the end of the deal we didn’t hear anything from him. After we signed papers, the girl at the front desk had to help us figure out how to get the camper because everyone scattered. Genna was great in helping us with our loan. There was a tech from the back helping us, younger kid didn’t catch his name, he was super helpful!! He knows his stuff. I’ll be honest, he knew more than the person who did our walkthrough. I knew more about the RV during walkthrough than she did. I’m not sure we would buy here again but overall everyone was very friendly. ****Editing my review to lower my stars. When we originally purchased this 5th wheel the tax was significantly lower than what it was on all of our other quotes from other dealers. When we asked about that, they stated that they put the tax in incorrectly. We are talking thousands of dollars worth of a difference. We agreed to a purchase price with them before when we thought the tax was accurate. After supposedly correcting the tax, we take the title to our local title bureau and still owe an additional $900. Seems like it’s a great sales tactic on their part to give us a really low quote with a fake tax number. Then turn around and have to pay it anyways after the sale is done. Also, Genna was very professional in hanging up on my husband after we called to inquire where our documents were two weeks after the sale. They still had not been sent to the title bureau or ourselves. Come to find out, they were sitting on someone’s desk and it never happened. This held up everything on our end seeing that we are in a completely different state. I reached out to Ashley, who told me to contact her if I need anything and still have yet to hear back from her. I would honestly avoid this place if possible.

Buying an RV from Bankston Motor Homes in Huntsville was by far the best experience at any kind of dealership I’ve ever experienced. I usually go in ready to fight because I’m expecting the dealer run around. But this was totally different from the beginning to end. I made the deal over the phone to trade my 2020 fifth wheel for a 2023 Travel Trailer. I was ready to make the drive from Nashville and return with my fifth wheel because I knew they’d change things when I arrived. But, I was shocked. They went above and beyond to make us happy. They took care of every issue we requested. They made it so easy and so pleasurable. Everyone was incredible. I can’t recommend Bankston in Huntsville enough. I will definitely go back when it’s time to trade.
