Called to get my door lock and handle replaced on my old sunrooms sliding glass door and replace my combination door lock. I was very pleased that they could do this. Andy went above and beyond to get my new door lock and handle to work on this 25 + year old sliding glass door. It took a little extra work but he did it! Thank you Andy for going the extra steps to get this lock to work. Very pleased after a year of trying to get this lock and handle replaced, you accomplished this! Very professional and polite person.

Came in on a Monday at 8am. Doors were locked and sign was off despite supposed to being open. Young person in back saw me outside and opened door. I asked for an aftermarket key fob to my vehicle to be programmed and he explained it would cost $75 with no guarantees that it would work. Fair enough. He also said I had a Corvette fob when it was clearly a SUV fob with liftgate buttons. His tone and attitude, however, told me he didn’t want to do it, but I said go ahead. Maybe it was a case of the Mondays but at no time did I feel any positive vibes through my experience there. When I asked questions his responses were short and condescending so I stopped asking. In the end, the key fob programmed fine. The only thing that didn’t program was the memory seat position, which I learned after doing some research after the fact that the car memory needed to be reset and both my key fobs needed to be programmed as #1 and #2 for that to work. My fault for not researching that beforehand, but had the gentler more friendly I would’ve felt more comfortable asking. And I would’ve asked for it since I brought both fobs. I got my fob programmed so that’s a positive. Does it work exactly how I wanted? No, but I should’ve asked. For the steep $75 cost to plug in the computer and let it run for 5 minutes, I would have wanted to walk away happy. Would I go back or recommend this business? No I wouldn’t, simply because of the bad vibes I felt my entire time there. I’d prefer to go somewhere where I felt my business was appreciated.

Went in to have a a key cut for a fairly uncommon import car that other locksmiths had been unable to cut correctly. They were extremely fast and very polite. Will definitely be using them again if I need any more locksmithing services.

Tim Seals is the best! Tim was quick to diagnose my issue with my lock. He had it fixed and good as new in no time! He is the best!

Terrible service to say the least. Was told initially when I paid in full that it would be TWO weeks to get the key sent to them so they could program it and I would be on my way. Well a month and a half later after I was able to remind him who I was finally got a time set up to get programmed which of course he wasn’t able to do. Was told his "guy" would be contacting me in a couple days so after a week and a half went by, I decided to contact them. Guess what they can’t do it going on THREE months later. Still waiting on my refund so let’s see how long this takes. Been almost TWO weeks so far. If there’s an option, I’d advise everyone to take it!!!

Brooks lock and keys has great service and really good at what they do. Took my truck key in to get it duplicated and was greeted at the door. Was super fast and was in my way. Definitely would recommend for all your key,lock, and safe needs.
