I was greeted when I walked through the door. The staff asked if I needed any help and then not only answered my questions the employee walked Mt to the section of the store. He advised of me on future sales and what Items are currently on sale. My purchase was smooth and I recommend this location to anyone. All of this for $240. Let me tell ya if you are going to order something then order it through Natasha. She was awesome from the beginning of ordering to delivery. I never had a problem, everything was straight forward. The time frame she told me to expect it in was the correct time frame. The tire I ordered she had put on that day for me so I had no extra waiting. There is no BS with her. i highly recommend seeing Natasha when you visit

Most of the time I try and avoid posting negative reviews but felt this was a safety issue so wanted to make sure I warned everyone and perhaps the store can implement some training in the future. Ordered 3 tires from the Cycle Gear in Huntsville, took the rims/tires in today for mounting. Asked for my tires and tubes back, was also told by the manger when I ordered I would get a discount for ordering from the store. Picked them up, no discount, no old tires or tubes, and the kicker which is a safety concern. THEY MOUNTED MY ADVENTURE TIRES BACKWARDS. BMW stamps an arrow on the rim just in case, both tires had the arrows mounted backwards right next to the BMX stamped arrows. I could let a TKC 80 up front run opposite but the TKC 70 Rocks will produce even less grip on the road. Just a warning for all the adventure bike folks, I'm out full price mounting, driving to and from the shop 6 times and I'm going to have to unmount and remount at least one of my tires, but hey I did get to buy two new inner tubes.

Not what I expected, after reading all the reviews. There were only 2 people in the store and it took a few minutes for another associate to ask if I needed help. Selection was limited but was able to find what I needed with the associates help.

The selection of half helmets was a little low in store, but the service was absolutely amazing. I needed one on the spot, so i went with something that wasnt exactly what i wanted; but they offered to have the exact helmet shipped to my door. Great place and and great service. Thanks guys; ill definitely be back.
