DICK'S Sporting Goods

I've been to this store countless of times and never had a bad experience. But today's experience was so great and timely that I made a promise to write a review when I got back. Erica was extremely helpful with our purchases today. We were greeted by her with a smile when we entered the store, and she politely told us if we needed any help to let her know. Sure enough, we needed her help! I was looking to purchase a special Nike sweatshirt, and the website indicated my size was available in-store. However, we did not see them on the rack. Luckily, she was still stocking in the area and told us she would check the back inventory. Thankfully she was able to find one and emerged from the back with the same smile and the sweatshirt! It may seem small, but it's just the little things that goes a long way. Dick's, you have an incredible employee!

They have a large selection of water bottles! All colors and sizes and all the brands you can think of!

I have happily spent thousands of dollars at local Dick's stores over the years without a single bad experience, and I should not have to grovel or plead to get the customer service person at this one to do his job. Furthermore, Drake, managers shouldn't stick up for indolent, rude and condescending employees. Contrary to what you told me, there certainly is a problem if a paying, repeat customer leaves your store upset and shaken to the core after being forced to deal with such a person.

The shoe guy was super helpful and the manager Brad was nice. The cashier however was rude and short. I questioned a price nicely and verified it. Agreed and it was no biggie. She was so rude even after I apologized for questioning the price. Just rude. I walked out without spending the $160 I was about to spend.

I love the shoe selection here, the workout sets for women are all super shorty shorts and skimpy sports bras. I would love to see some more coverage or a more versatile selection in the future. There is more of a selection on yeti drinks than womens outfits. I love the sunglasses selection though!

The store is okay but the there seems to be no workers to assist you. You have to figure out everything on your own. Even if you know what stuff you want, locating it would take ages. Great store but below average service.

Jake the manager knows nothing about shoes. I used this hoka shoe one time and the bottom started to peel and I took them in. He said the bottoms are worn. He was very rude and unprofessional. It’s okay I went to other location in town and they were very helpful and agreed with me. Got me an exchange and had no problems there. Jake needs training.
