I love this store. The workers are so nice and the prices are mind blowing, even compared to online pricing. I had no idea they even sold appliances and furniture either. Definitely will be coming back!
Jamie gave me best the best experience I’ve had in a long time. He was very knowledgeable about every washer/dryer in store. He was patient in the midst of my indecisiveness. He has a very calming demeanor. I was panicking on the inside (from having so many decisions to choose from), but he calmly listened to all of my desires and helped me find the best set for me in my budget. If I could, I would clone Jamie and place one of him at every establishment I visited. But since I can’t, I just want to give a huge THANK YOU to him for making a difficult decision/process be smoother than it’s ever been.
Done dirty: listed price on computer was not honored. Went up by $100 at the checkout counter, manager decision. 2 stars only because the had inventory and floor staff was nice

We have been long-time customers (30+ years) at Bob Wallace Appliance in Huntsville. After less-than-friendly service in their sales department and low inventory, I went to several other appliance stores to find a replacement for our broken washing machine. I went to Electronic Express based on a recommendation from a friend. What a pleasant shopping experience! Not only did the salesperson know about the options, but it was also easy to see what was in stock and available for quick delivery. The sales prices on a washer/dryer set were lower than any other store in town. Delivery technicians were on time and installed professionally. I am very pleased with our purchase and will definitely recommend Electronic Express.
Way better than Lowes or Home Depot Electronic Express has appliance in stock so take it home today. Also did not have to find somebody to help me. The salesman were waiting at the front door. Fast good service. Thanks
