Went in to pick up an ornament. No one spoke or offered assistance. The store was messy and hard to navigate around. Small selection of boxed cards. Looks like most of the actual Hallmark merchandise has been taken out. As I walked out to my car, manager had boxes of product stacked outside the back door. Fed ex was dropping off when I entered. Care for the store is definitely not the same.

Employees were friendly and helpful. I found some good deals. I'm always happy to shop this location. The owners/management show appreciation to us loyal customers by hosting great sales on occasion. I'll revisit this location time & again.

My boyfriend and I came in to look at Christmas ornaments to see if there we any good deals after the holidays and the staff was literally the best I have ever had! I wish I got the two womens names because they were literally awesome!!! So happy with how our experience was and hope to come again to see them!

Do not follow what google has listed for the hours of operation. I guess they just make their own hours. Got to the mall at 11:30 and left after 1pm and they were the only store not open on a Friday afternoon at this mall.

Went in and was helped to find the perfect mothers day gifts! The Staff was supper nice and I would defiantly send my friends here to pick up gifts in the future!
