MAA Edgewater

Justin did a great job taking care of some maintenance issues we were having. He was very quick and friendly! Sean was also efficient and kind providing our pre move out inspection. We have lived here 3 years and only moving out because we decided to buy a house near downtown. We will surely miss this beautiful community, abundant wildlife, friendly office staff and speedy maintenance!

Justin, rob, Casey, and Sean are the best maintenance team I’ve ever had. Sandi, Sam, Marita, haddy, Tyler do such a great job in the office and make me feel so welcomed. Alvie does such a great job cleaning the grounds

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough great things about my MAA maintenance guy, Rob He fixed my plumbing quickly and thoroughly, and when the issue showed back up, he didn’t hesitate to come back right away to make sure it was fully resolved. He’s professional, dependable, and genuinely cares about doing the job right. On top of that, he’s just a great guy all around—friendly, respectful, and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m really grateful for his hard work and dedication!

The maintenance team is fantastic! Rob and Sean have both gone above and beyond to make sure all of our work ordered were fixed quickly and correctly. I would recommended living at MAA Edgewater due to the quality of the maintenance team alone!

Highly Recommend Samantha Bradshaw! I’m truly amazed by Samantha Bradshaw—she’s not only incredibly attentive but also impressively knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain the difference between Base 1 and Base 2 apartments: Base 1 being the older units, and Base 2 the newer ones. Her friendliness and professionalism stood out immediately. Samantha genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is understood and handled smoothly. Thank you for everything, Samantha! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional service.

I love living at Colonial Grand at Edgewater Apartments! There really isn't anything bad to say. The property is gorgeous and well kept, situated next to a beautiful lake with a lovely sunset, and a nature preserve. It's conveniently located, and within walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and more! Not to mention, interstate access and lots of other great spots within a 2 to 5 mile radius! The people who work here make it even better! The maintenance guys are always friendly and do a good job in a timely manner. Adam does a great job of keeping them all organized and on track, and Alvie always makes sure the property looks great! The ladies in the office are always a such a joy! Markita is a big ray of sunshine as soon as you walk in the door with her cheerful greetings, Starr is always so sweet and always greets us with a friendly smile and ready to help, Samantha is so kind, friendly, full of smiles, and always ready to help, and Sandi is the glue that holds the whole place together, and she has been nothing but kind and helpful. Even when the day is busy and they have a full plate, they never let you feel like you are a bother. We just love them! My husband and I signed our second lease over the summer. We've decided that as long as we continue to be renters, we will do so right here at Colonial Grand at Edgewater! It's also worth noting, we have visited other MAA properties in the area and they were all very lovely. Edgewater just felt like home. P.s. I don't currently have any pets, but I'm glad I live here if I decide I ever want to. They have a fantastic pet policy and don't discriminate against specific breeds.

I moved in a couple weeks ago. Cassie was very cheery and helpful with my application process and helping me get settled in. Justin, Sean, & Casey did a wonderful job fixing up the various move-in issues I had. They responded quickly, even to non-emergency issues. They had a great attitude, were incredibly friendly and professional.
