Mr. Big Guns

Matt and the staff at Mr. Big Guns are absolutely incredible. I’ll be the first to admit when I don’t know something. I have walked in and made a blanket statement such as "I want the baddest long range rifle on the market". If you know anything about guns, you know that there isn’t a one size fits all for that statement. On MANY occasions, Matt has spent literal hours with me, educating me on the ins and outs of all types of guns, to help me find the best fit for what I wanted. I’m not saying that other shops can’t or won’t do this, but the professionalism and knowledge that these guys have is outstanding. Without spending the first dollar there, they were willing to spend countless hours with me. I have spent a few bucks with them now over the course of a couple years, and the hospitality, professionalism, and honesty that I get every time I walk into that store is amazing. As a fellow small business owner, it is hard to do what they do every day for the general public. 10 stars out of 5. Stupid google only shows 5 ‍♂️

Freaking great store. The staff is great. The owner is always in and eager to help. Makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. I use them for all of my FFL transfers as well as anytime I need small parts as they have an abundance of all the tiny springs and stuff that tend to get lost during builds .

After being to a lot of the gun stores around, I came here. My first initial impression was amazing. They were super friendly. I decided to check other gun stores and if I didn’t get better prices, I’d be back. I ended up coming back because no one around had better prices. I purchased the FNX tactical 45 acp. During the process of purchasing, my address did not match my ID (which was my mistake), so I had to get a fishing license in order to purchase the firearm. After I did this, the atmosphere changed and was not as friendly. I felt like a nuisance, and they just stared at me like I was a criminal or something. Complete 180 change from when I first walked in. They have the best prices, and I’m happy with my purchase. Wish it ended different with the hostility I felt, but all in all it’s not the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Can’t say enough good things about this store and its staff. Read the reviews here so I decided to stop in. Honestly a breath of fresh air compared to many other local gun stores. Went in for an ~entry level AR and Matt and staff made the process painless and informative, along with a fair and transparent trade in process. Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!

This Gun shop was recommended to me and my first time at Mr Big Guns was a pleasant experience. Matt the owner was friendly and took his time to explain the various 1911's he had on offer. There was no sales pressure, just great product knowledge. Guns were fairly priced and highly recomended.

Ive bought from and done countless transfers through these guys, both standard and class 3. Cindy is always on top of paperwork and matt is super knowledgeable. Cant recommend these them enough!
