So Unfortunately, I thought ordering online was convenient however, once I arrive to the location unbeknownst to me, my cards were not done at this location. They were done somewhere else and shipped here.. I said this was an inconvenience because I have a meeting to go to, and we’re waiting on the UPS. Luckily, I encountered two managers, one male one female, and both were willing to assist me in the situation. They went far and beyond due to me being on time constraints and printed me some business cards so that I won’t be late and without cards to give out. This was definitely an act of kindness , and I’m going far and beyond to ensure that I was a satisfied customer.. Thanks again for assisting me ( Emma + Stan ) They both with kind demeanors saved the day!!! Edited, addition But …. After coming back to pick up the ones that was late along with the ones the manager printer up for me as a courtesy … this young pregnant lady that was rude from my first visit was rude again…. Like I get your pregnant with mood swings etc but when I arrived there was a young lady that had been waiting for about seven minutes. she said, and obviously, you didn’t look her way but then when I walked up to the counter, you just looked at me like say something, and I finally said what she was before me and I sent her up to the counter to get assistance well once you saw the Manager you asked me for my last name and what I was waiting for pretended like you didn’t see any boxes there right at your register some of them were open, so I’m sure you had looked into them but act like you didn’t know where my order was at and then gave me a set of cards that was made for me, and as I waited for the other cars because they were promised to me you made a comment insinuating that I don’t get those since I’m getting the other ones just unnecessary attitude. I’m not sure they should have you dealing with customers may be a proper place for you is in the warehouse or stocking in the back. I originally didn’t say anything about you in my first posting, but when I came back and experience your attitude and your demeanor for a second time. You wasn’t just having a bad day, it’s how you are and it’s sad!!!! No black girl magic flowing thru you.. more like mean girl with a terrible disposition Just saying !!!

To Davis, the greatest customer service we’ve ever had. She is wonderful! She was so nice and listened and solved our issue within a few moments!!! Thank you Davis! We will only go to Huntsville now!

I ordered same day business cards for a last minute event. I didn't expect them to be the fanciest or highest quality cards since I did the one sided same day print. However, when I got them, the black ink looked like it ran out of ink half way through and the rollers of the printer had smudged the ink. It wasn't even close to the color I had designed. Then, the "card stock" it was printed on was so flimsy it might as well been paper. Finally, the cut job looked like a 8 year old did it. It was so crooked you tell it wasn't straight immediately. There were pieces of the paper hanging off the edge of the card like they messed up the cut and had to tear it the rest of the way. I ended up throwing them away because as a professional I cannot give those out to potential clients. The cherry on top was that I paid online and then got charged again in store. So I paid double for it.

I’m extremely disappointed with your policies. Charging customers a $20 "build fee" for a demo chair that’s already on the sales floor is unreasonable. That cost should be covered by the company—it’s part of what helps make sales, not something that should be passed on to customers. Your policies feel out of touch, and it reflects poorly on your stores as well.

Emily at the print center was very helpful in assisting me selecting between different options for a print job. I eventually settled on a canvas print. They got the job done very quickly (the same day!) which was much appreciated, and the result looked great.

Returning an item via fedex and the workers there were soooo rude. My first time doing this and they expected me to know what exactly to do. GOD FORBID YOU HAVE TO DO YOUR JOBS! I’m definitely not returning back to this store for anything. I feel bad for the workers the manager was being rude to one. Smh do better Office Depot

Jade the employee who helped me with my photo needs. She has the best customer service and I needed to say that she is the reason I would be coming back. She was patient, kind, and just so professional. Jade helped me easily get what I needed done, with all the accurate pricing and information. Jade is an asset to this store and your company. Please tell her it's not unnoticed and that there are people who truly appreciate her kindness.
