When I walk into a parts shop, I expect to be treated with respect and helped by people who know what they’re doing. That used to be standard. Not anymore. The staff barely acknowledge you. They don’t ask what you need, don’t offer good advice, and half the time they act like you’re bothering them just by showing up. I’ve asked about parts and been told the only difference is the warranty. That’s it. No mention of quality, fit, or whether it’s even the right part for the job. It’s like they’re reading off a script and hoping you’ll just take whatever’s handed to you. And don’t get me started on the drug out parts process. I’ve called ahead, been told the part was in stock, and then driven down only to be told they can’t find it. This has happened almost anytime I've come here. That’s not a minor inconvenience. That’s a waste of my time. If you say you’ve got it, have it ready. Otherwise, don’t bother answering the phone. I’m a senior, and to me that's an accomplishment. At other stores, they offer me a discount without hesitation. Here? Not a word. And I only realized they had one after shopping at another location! When I checked out here, not even a thank you. In fact, I felt rushed, like I was holding up the line just by explaining my issue. I was there first, I waited my turn, and still got brushed off like I was in the way. I don’t care how busy you are. Customer service means treating people with decency and doing the job right. If you can’t do that, you shouldn’t be working the counter. I’ve been around long enough to know what good service looks like and this isn’t it. Don't waste your time here.

The staff here was super helpful and got me exactly what I needed. I was also surprised at how easy it was to find the things I needed due to how organized they keep things. Definitely going to make this my go to store.

This place is helpful, kind, polite and very understanding of a female needing help, also I visited on a day when there was a sale.

Very competative prices and will price match. See rules. Job specific tool loan. Free wiper installation etc...store I visited was clean and orderly and every store I have been too staff was eager to satisfy my needs. If they were out of something they would look up inventory at other stores to help find what you need

The guy was nice. He looked up my car part. He put the car part in my car for me. He even checked to make sure it was working properly before I left. The only issue is I never got my receipt for the car part. However, I still appreciate his help.
