Excellent experience. I just purchased a home and wanted my water tested. I knew by the smell it was over chlorinated. Now I have a complete whole house Rain Soft treatment system and the water is delicious. I am happy I don't have to buy bottled water anymore. My tap water is great, my ice cubes are clear, my coffee tastes better. The entire team was professional, friendly and the install was completed in a day. Great job.

I just had my system installed and Jesse, the sales rep, was great. He was professional, courteous, and very informative. He made the sale without pressure. Justin and his team were awesome with the install. Mr. Joe came by to quality check the water and provide my samples. You can truly tell when people love their company and what they do. Everyone, I do mean everyone, was top tier. Now, it’s time for better skin, hair, and drinking water. I highly recommend RainSoft.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Ebony prior to our making a decision to get our new water system installed. She provided us a thorough demonstration of the system and informed us of all the benefits it would bring our family. Her kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were second to none, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to her! Within a few hours, we had our installation technicians, Clayton and Justin, on site. They worked arduously to ensure our new system was installed with care and accuracy. Additionally, they gave us a full demonstration on how to operate everything and troubleshoot any issues, should they arise. All in all, we are very pleased with our decision to install our new system, and we’re extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism of the Alabama Pure staff. The water in our home finally tastes fresh, and our showers don’t irritate our skin anymore! We’d highly recommend that anyone get this system, especially if you live in northern Alabama. You owe it to yourself!

We had our system installed on Thursday by Justin. He was super friendly and thorough. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess. Today we had a very nice gentleman named Joe come out to inspect the installation and bring our sample of soaps and cleaners. He was super nice and we talked about how the products work and how far the water is. We also shared a gallon baggie of crawfish our neighbor gave us. He was super happy!

The sales experience was outstanding. No pressure just presented the product and results with confidence. Randy said the installation people were top notch. That was an understatement. The installation men were outstanding. They were respectful of my time and my home. The installed the system in record time with incredible precision. . Cleaned up their mess like they had never been there. The system works perfectly, and I could not be happier. I am so glad I went with this company. Others that came to my home lacked professionalism. One even said the install was too complicated for his installers. If you have Huntsville city water, you need this system. You won't regret it.

Set up a consultation with Martin and we were not disappointed! He was professional, knowledgeable and was absolutely amazing with my kids during his presentation. My boys asked SO many questions and Martin met them with informative and creative answers and a whole lot of patience for their interrogation. Needless to say, we were sold and could not be happier with our new water system. Whole process from start to finish was easy and surprisingly affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

John was really awesome and gave us lots of education about our water! We already knew we had excessive levels of chlorine in our water, causing us to have dry hair and eczema. After seeing and feeling the difference we decided to make the purchase! It was well worth it!
