We're REI regulars at a few locations. This Huntsville store is atop my list. They always have a good selection, deep with my hard to find size. The bike shop provides exceptional service, taking time to make sure our sons are set. And yes, the front checkout staff pushes promotions hard, but its easy enough to decline. Highly recommend!

It’s an averaged sized REI that’s well stocked and offers some good deals sometimes. There’s a good variety of outdoor apparel & sports equipment to pick from. I really appreciate the staff at the backpack area who walked me through picking a good one.

The REI Bike shop in Huntsville AL is my Bike shop for life! Cole and Joseph were super friendly, very helpful, and got me back on my bike training for my upcoming half Iron Man! Thank You!!! They are experts in their field and I appreciate their quality work! I highly recommend them!!!!

Outstanding customer service! I ordered a harness for my wife during an online sale but had it shipped to the store. When we went to try it on, it didn't fit quite right and besides there was an even PRETTIER option in the store. Not only did they make the return easy but they figured out a way to get me 25% off the harness we wound up taking home to make up for missing the sale. I couldn't be more happy with my experience.

I found the cutest REI rain jacket today. 30% off on REI branded items, atm. Plus, I used my reward cash. I ended up paying about 20$ for it The gal who helped me on the sales floor was very nice. Friendly and helpful.
