**Update**All of the initial review is true, BUT, when the unit was delivered at night after closing by Thomas who volunteered to tow it to our home, we discovered in daylight the next morning that it was damaged! We think he must have damaged it when loading it. We noticed that the guy who was directing Thomas onto the trailer motioned sharply to stop and waved his arms to back up and then pull forward again. His motions were exaggerated, so that was likely the cause of the damage. However, we had no way of knowing at that time because we trusted that an honest business would have addressed it immediately and offered to replace it with a non-damaged vehicle. We were the last customers that night, so we are sure they were anxious to leave. But, a dealership with integrity and honesty would have revealed their mistake and remedied it right away. Now we are home with a new side by side ( our very 1st one!) that is damaged without us even using it the first time! The dealership admits no wrongdoing but offered to buy replacement parts which we will have to wait for, then spend our gas and money and time towing it back to Huntsville for them to repair. We have no idea how long that will take. We wanted them to replace the unit or refund us and we give it back, but they wouldn’t do either option. How would they feel if they purchased their first and brand new side by side and it was damaged before they ever used it!?!?!? This is unacceptable, shady, and dishonest. When a person pays that much money for a brand new vehicle, they expect it in brand new condition!!!! We are so disappointed and unhappy. This should have been a joyful occasion! Not a full 5 stars but close enough. I'll explain why, but overall great place to get a bike especially a BMW from Wes. Been waiting a while to do a review for Ride Now in Huntsville till I had time to get a good experience from parts, service, and sales. For parts, 5 stars hands down. Mason and the team always treat me great and notifies me right away when my parts come in. They have also been able to get me deals that otherwise would have cost me more. 4.8 for service team but that can easily go to a full 5 stars. Had my 2017 BMW F700 GS recently serviced by them. They did the valve adjustment and replaced all the fluids except oil as I did that myself. It just took a while over a week for the part to come in for the valve adjustment they needed to do. Cost was also a bit high for my liking, almost $900 but it needed to get done. They also took the bike home for me which was a huge plus. I think had it not took so long for the part to come in, easily a 5 star and the fact that they are so busy with services it can take time to get an appointment. Just plan ahead. Now for sales portion. So I have bought 2 bikes from them, a 2017 BMW F700 GS and a 2024 BMW F900 GSA. Wes is an amazing person at BMW and helped me a lot with both bikes. He's a 5 star hands down. If you are looking to get a BMW bike hear in Huntsville, definitely go talk to Wes and schedule a test ride. As for the final sale process, 4 stars. So out the door with the 2017, I paid just over 7k. When I went to purchase the 2024 F900 GSA they offered me just over 3k and this was only after about 4 months of owning the bike. I understand they need to make profit, but kind of felt they were doing me wrong on the offer for the trade or they did me wrong on the sale of the used bike. So for now, keeping both. Also, the final process seemed to take some time and a lot of running back and forth. For a new bike, the process was a lot better and I got a decent deal. For the used bike, not so sure which is why I would rate them overall around a 4.5 to 4.6 star rating. Right now, if I wanted another used bike, I would probably try going somewhere else for the bike or to sell one. But for service, parts, or buying a new bike, would definitely come back. Louis Yarbrough was a great help! Scored a sweet bike! The only down fall was the bike was lowww of oil. But i took care of it, before is caused issue thankfully.

I would do zero stars if that was an option. Went up there today from TN to get a Kawasaki 4-RR that was priced at $9,085 very competitive price. Was looking at the bike with the salesman and I stated that it has a quick shifter which he responded with "no this one doesn’t have it" then proceeded to show him said quick shifter. Asked him the out the door cash price no warranties or extras added on, he came out with $15,XXX on a 2025 when the newer 2026 4-RR are less then that. He tried telling me that no matter where I go the price would jump up that high and proceeded to try and sway me to get a 4-R which was the one I wasn’t wanting. Then came back with "oh without the warranties it only takes off $1500. So while I was up there I got in contact with LONGSHORE CYCLE CENTER, in Florence AL. I asked them the out the door price for the exact same bike color and all. He came back with $10,XXX. So I asked the salesman back for my items and I went to Florence. Mind you I wasted a lot of time dealing with Ride now going back and forth. I called Long shore and explained I would be getting there at 4:00 since it was an hour and 30 minutes to get there. The salesman stayed late and I ended up getting the bike from LONGSHORE CYCLE CENTER. This Ride Now place is nothing but a bunch of crooks who would try to get as much money from you as possible. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RIDE NOW TO ANYONE!!!
