Shaina has been an absolute joy to chat with regarding our project - consistently checking in and always understanding when my toddlers are going crazy in the background, ha! Working with Jacob for the installation process as been wonderful as well - we appreciate his knowledge and swiftness to help us out regarding attic insulation, duct work, a new water heater, and thermostat installation. Their ability to submit these repair/installation claims to TVA is an added bonus!

Jacob and Tyler with Rocket City Air came to our rescue yesterday, installing a new HVAC unit when ours suddenly died the day before. We couldn't have been more pleased! They were totally professional, arrived on time (early!) and couldn't have been nicer. We're so glad they were able to take care of us, especially with this new heat wave! We highly recommend this company! My husband met Jacob when he was working at our neighbors' recently. He was very impressed with Jacob and asked for his business card. What perfect timing!!!

Rocket City Air is very courteous and family friendly. My elderly mom was there and the technician was very attentive to her. They even helped me locate a leak that was coming from my roof. They did a great job servicing my a/c unit! I will definitely be using them again!

They are the Absolute BEST!! We had a wonderful experience and HIGHLY recommend them!! Jacob and his team took care of us when our air conditioner wasn’t working. They even came out and brought us window units to keep us cool until we got our new air conditioning unit. Nicholas was great also and very helpful. We are so thankful for Rocket City Air!!!

Honest and compassionate are the two words that immediately come to my mind. Long story short I paid over $1600 in repairs for my AC unit with another company, only to be told that my unit was actually beyond repair and needed to be replaced. I was quoted between $13,000 and $18,000 for a replacement unit. I was in absolute shock and knew that I needed to get a second opinion. Jacob came to my home on a Sunday morning to give me a second opinion and then I kid you not in less than five minutes had fixed my AC unit. Rocket City Air has a loyal customer for life, and if anyone ever needs their AC unit serviced or replaced, look no further than Jacob and Rocket City Air. Words can not adequately express how grateful I am!

We had them come out for a tune up and they accidentally charged us for a service call. When my husband asked Jacob about it, he looked into it and said that my husband was right and erased the total bill for their mistake. Even though my husband told him that he didn’t have to do that and that we don’t mind paying the service fee. To stand behind their reputation like this was remarkable to us. We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Receptionist, Shaina, was prompt to help with appointment. Responded appropriately, and was very friendly. Technicians were also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Work was finished (in a hot attic) were nice enough to work around an attic quite full of old boxes and stored items of ours and completed the install of heat barrier working quite late apologizing for it being late. Cleaned THEIR mess as best as possible taking into account that our storage items were in the way.
