The BEST place to come for tech help and support. Recently purchased a new laptop and printer. Tech support employee ‘Kane’ was wonderful in helping me choose products to fit my needs. He also set everything up & explained all about how to operate the new equipment. Kane was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Can’t say enough about the amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Cannot find a link to a survey on my Staples receipt so coming here to leave a review because Kane was absolutely awesome! He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He deserves some kind of recognition!

I love staples. They always have great customer service and I love the quality and selection, especially with the ink cartridges. If there is a price discrepancy the store is quick to fix it.

I utilize this store frequently. However, I went there Sunday morning at 1015a as their website says they open at 1000a. I go there and they are closed with a sign in the window saying they open at 1100a. You would think such a large organization as Staples would not be so inept and waste customers'time..

I went in today to print a few items and was having trouble. Jay and nick were amazing! Jay knew just what to do and helped me out tremendously! Highly appreciative! I do all my printing at staples and I couldn’t recommend enough to the staples business and to jay!

I like to print rather large photos for work to give out after we finish an event. I've typically used CVS or Walgreens (whatever is closest) when I travel so folks have something to remember the fun times we had! I decided to make the photos a little bigger this time and I wasn't keen on the matting at Walgreens (~$12 per) and CVS wanted ~$48 for an 11x14!!! My wife suggested Staples and I'm glad she did! Not only did the employees love their job and walk me through the entire process, but the only thing close to the 11x14 they had was an 11x17 which they cut down for me, and all for under $10!!! These folks just gained a life-long patron, I will look for a Staples everywhere I travel and will use this one anytime I'm in town. They were fast, professional, and super patient with me on the entire process. Everyone was able to leave the jobsite with some memorabilia from our adventures thanks to the quick service at this location.

I love my local staples. Both staff and management are very helpful and have a great understanding of the store products. If they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, they can usually find a good replacement. Everyone is friendly and check out is quick. Highly recommend!
