T-Mobile

The best experience I've ever had with a cell phone store and the employees. I've had a cell phone since the '90s and I've never been treated as wonderful as I was in this location. Everyone was friendly and I really wish I could remember the guy's name that took his time out to explain everything to me about my phone and how T-Mobile works. He was awesome! I was with AT&t and I went to the store to just price compare and just my experience within this T-Mobile store I lefte AT&t even though AT&t had a better cheaper offer. It's all about the customer experience and how the employees made me feel like I was a part of a family within T-Mobile. Great job at the store

T-Mobile has been great in my opinion! Their service reaches every where and they are good about getting new phones on them and upgrades! I recently bought a new Galaxy 7 watch, the newest out. I love it! It does everything that you can do on you phone almost. I got the White one with the smaller face for women. Huge shout out to Miss Sabrina at the Whitesburg location! I knew exactly what I was looking for and she set me up with just that. Even when it got busy, she still acknowledged everyone coming in while still setting me up. Beautiful energy and great customer service. Thank you again, Miss Sabrina!

Outstanding- That is my experience! Sabrina Is so nice, her service is excellent and her knowledge of phones is the best. She took great care to get everything just right!

Their TV ads and what they do is not the same. Always trade in your phone get a new one but in reality it is oh your phone doesn’t qualify. But they are cheaper than AT&T. Just seems like a bunch of bait and switch

Excellent customer service by Shelby had some questions about my service she took the time to answer all my questions and to help me navigate through my phone better , If I could give more than 5 stars to this young lady Shelby I would.

Alexis was so helpful and friendly. She put us at ease immediately and resolved our broken phone issue with professionalism and a great attitude. Our day had been very bad up to this point and Alexis made it much better. T Mobile is very lucky to have a team member like her! The store was also very busy but Alexis was able to multitask and handle multiple customers at the same time
