Terry was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure our HVAC system was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job right highly recommend Terry for any heating or cooling needs!

Called 2 companies for estimates on HVAC Service. Talent responded, arrived on time, professional test and review of my system, and was able to provide a quote on the spot. The technician tested switches and showed results proving his analysis and how he had isolated it to that component. The competitor arrived at the same conclusion, with same conclusion, but got there with a visual inspection. No verification of switches to insure correct diagnosis. I hired the other company as they were first on site. It is now the 7th day without AC, and it's August in Alabama. I should have hired Talent!

I got several estimates before choosing them. Met with Terry and he was able to answer my questions regarding issues another company said I would need to pay extra for. Of the three estimates I got theirs was the middle regarding price. The first I felt was not completely honest and were misleading regarding some expenses. The third one was less expensive but didn't detail out the work that was covered by the price. The disclaimer at the bottom stating I would be responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the installation was a red flag. The estimate Terry provided spelled out exactly what they would be doing. They day before the installation my air conditioning went out completely and they brought a portable unit within a few hours. My parents live with me and my father is on oxygen so this was really appreciated. The day of the installation they showed up on time and were very polite. I wish I could remember their names but the entire crew was great. I know with the location of the unit in my attic this was not an easy install but they handled it well. When they were finished they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

After the house raised 5 (from 74 to 79) degrees in 30 minutes, I went outside to find the downstairs AC unit was not running (despite the thermostat being turned on). With a 17 month old baby in the house and a pregnant wife (baby is due in 3 weeks, by the way), I couldn't let the house continue to feel like a furnace. I looked around and saw that Talent Heating and Air Conditioning provided 24 hour service, and their ratings were perfect. I called them, and within 50 minutes, Terry was at the house, and started working on the unit. He had the system running within 15 minutes, and was a joy to talk to during the process. If you're having issues with your AC/Heating, you won't be disappointed in their service. Thank you, Terry. You're a great person, and very knowledgeable!

Called and spoke with Terry at Talent Heating Saturday 6/21/25, my AC stopped working during the night he was at my house within 2 hours and had parts with him replaced needed parts and my AC was up and running in 25 minutes! Terry was absolutely fantastic. Would recommend him in this company to anyone.!! very honest, extremely reasonable cost!!

Jeremy and his partner were great!!! They were able to work me in the same day I called and updated me on their arrival time. They were able to quickly replace my thermostat and we are comfortable again. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Talent Heating and Cooling. Honest, fast and friendly!!!

Excellent service! They got to our house in less than 3 hours on a Sunday (in July!) Thomas was able to fix the problem right away and for a fair price. We will definitely turn to Talent for all our HVAC needs!
