Target in Huntsville offers a diverse range of products, aiming to be a one-stop shop for many household needs. The Huntsville location's commitment to customer convenience is evident in its expansive floor plan and accessible layout. Beyond annoyed. Why would you not sell computers there at your brick and mortar store?? Yes I can buy one on the internet. Don't you all think you aught to ask yourselves a simple question: if I could buy one on the internet, WHY WOULD I BUY ONE FROM TARGET WHEN THERE ARE BETTER DEALS? Does Target even really want to be in business? My family is home sick, we have a tight schedule. I had heard Target sells laptops, this was my one time I had to buy one, now I have to wait because the hour or so I had to look for one, I wasted going to your store. Thank you. Target has robbed me of an hour of my life I can never have back. Thank you.
I don’t typically shop at this location however I was in the area and decided to stop in. My partner was having a rough night at work and I figured I would run out and grab a few things; to put a smile on her face. I entered the store at approximately 9:47; the store closes at 10. Upon entering I was not greeted but was immediately advised that I only had 8 minutes to shop as they planned to close everything down; despite the lack of customer service shown; I acknowledge their statement and headed to the department to shop; as I already had in mind what I wanted, making it a quick stop. I retrieved one of the items I was looking for and was heading to the next department; I briefly stopped on my way to intimate wear department to speak to an associate to ensure I was headed in the right direction. Once the associates confirmed; I headed to the department; while in route to the department, I was stopped by two associates who inquired what I needed and what I had spoke with the other associate about in a very rude and unwelcoming manner; again not even being greeted. I advised them that the other associate had notified me of where I needed to go and continued on my way. I had never experienced anything like this before and just dumped my selected items and left the store. No one should ever have to feel rushed or unwelcome in an environment where they are spending their hard earned money. I will not be back!
A well-stocked Target with plant-based options. What is there not to like about Target? They have ice cream each time I come here and it’s always nice and clean. I like that they bring in new plant-based options. I always give them a try.
Apparently, I've been sleeping under a rock because Target is absolutely, hands-down a top shopping place to get familiar with! I've watched their commercials for years and would stop by once in a blue moon, but it wasn't until winter 2018 that I really got involved with them. That was just in time for the holiday savings (which by the way, they'll usually have a % off on their gift cards for a limited time). Not only do they have good deals and promotional gift cards that they issue for their products (for example, with their household items: spend $35 get a $15 gift card), but they also are taking it retro with some throw back products like cassettes, music on vinyl, fanny packs, rubix cubes, etc. The store's layout makes it easy to navigate and shop, they will usually keep things stocked and will replenish in a timely fashion, but the top reason I enjoy returning is the customer service. The staff is incredibly, super helpful, kind, engaging, and inviting. An added bonus is that on the weekends, they'll usually have their samplers placed throughout the store. I know because I've had the pleasure of working there as a Brand Ambassador who would sample many yummy treats. If you're okay with signing for credit, they do offer the REDCard, but you can usually save just by signing up for their weekly ads and/or by stopping in to see what local deals they may have. If you're late to the game, like myself, I recommend stopping in and checking them out!
I shop at this Target about once a week. Nice selection, good grocery area. Today I noticed a dog left in a car near the main entrance. Sunny day had already reached 72. Even with the windows down slightly, a car can reach over 100 in 20 minutes. I took down the tag number and make/color of the car, and went into Target to ask customer service to assist ... assuming the clerk would make a store-wide announcement to alert the owner. I was told nothing could be done! As weather gets hotter, dog owners need to be aware of the risks. Dogs risk heat stroke and organ failure very quickly in a hot car. Target is a member of the community so perhaps they can extend their 'support' to the welfare of our most faithful companions ... especially when left in a hot car and risking injury or death. They cannot speak for themselves so they need people who care. Disappointing response by Target to a very serious issue.
I shop at this Target weekly, and it's not out of preference. It's solely because it's inconveniently close to where I live. If there were literally any other decent option nearby, I would have stopped coming here years ago. Where do I even start? The clothing section is a bona fide disaster. Sizes are a joke, organization is nonexistent, and good luck finding anything that isn't either on the floor or haphazardly tossed onto the wrong rack. The grocery section is woefully limited and is an embarrassment. I haven't even mentioned the power outages happening multiple times a year, leaving the store stripped of anything remotely perishable. I understand that power can be inconsistent during inclement weather, but it's simply unthinkable to me a multi-billion dollar corporation would rather lose hundreds of thousands in inventory per year than invest a nominal sum in backup power generation. More annoyingly, the self-checkout lines are randomly shut down in a misguided effort to curb theft, leaving just one or two lanes open that are staffed by visibly miserable employees. Once I waited 52 minutes (yes, almost an hour) to buy 3 items. Next are the bathrooms - filthy, smelly, and clearly neglected. The floors are sticky with various substances, the toilets stay clogged, and there is often no soap or sanitizer. In short, this store really sucks. It’s mismanaged, understaffed, and downright unpleasant. The only upside are the Starbucks employees.
I was shopping in the men’s department and asked the lady working where something was, only for her to look at me like an idiot and call me a white boy!! Imagine if the roles were reversed and I called her "a name". Do better Target
