Zach was extremely helpful and professional, we purchased a karavan trailer but the coupler was malfunctioning. Zach did his best to fix the issue (see pictures). The staff was very polite and professional, they did their best to make it work. With disappointment we were not able to leave the parking lot with the trailer. We had to "return" it even though we never left the parking lot of the store. We will try to be back when another of the same trailer will be available. We recommend this store.

The brightest green rabbit hay I have ever bought! I've bought the Oxbow Hay at several different places and almost gave up on the brand because the quality was horrendous but the 9lb Timothy Meadow box I just got was PERFECT! The color was beautiful and there was practically zero dust. I hope to continue getting the same quality! Now my number one place for my rabbit supplies!

Today wasn’t a great day because I had to spend just about $70 for a new cage for my CaneCorso / American bully mix…. However, One foot in the door, I was greeted by a very tall young man, and it wasn’t the textbook greeting. It was sincere which made me smile. Then a young lady asked how could she help me? I had an online order —-she pulled the order because I had just did it in the parking lot before entering the store, she pulled my order ticket got my order, met me back at the register all while smiling and carrying on great conversation. She had the most endearing Southern hospitality. All I needed was a glass of sweet tea. These two individuals made me smile and turned my day around so thank you thank you to them, thank you to their trainers, Thank you to their parents and thank you tractor supply for hiring such standup individuals. It just the little things!!!!! And the joy they bring!!!

I gave TS 5 Stars. However, Stephanie deserves 10 Stars. She is one of the most helpful, kind, patient, and hardest working people I have ever met. She is the epitome of customer service. She deserves a $20 an hour raise., or at least a nice bonus. She is the biggest reason me and my family shop at TS for our farm supplies.

This place is so wonderful the staff is always very eager to help with any question and always so friendly. I highly recommend this place. Oh and they also will r having a pet mobile clinic on Feb 15th to help with pet needs at a very low cost. Photos posted of billboard. Wasn't to happy today, got straw and it was 7.59, lowes was cheaper. Plus the helper acted like she didn't want to be there, so I loaded it myself.

Ordered a patio table almost 2 weeks ago. They said it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. Multiple phone calls to their customer service line trying to figure out why a UPS label was made on 5/13/25 but the product has not been picked up by UPS as of 5/19/25. When I talked to UPS they said Tractor Supply needed to set a pick up order for the product. Tractor Supply is saying they have never called in to have product picked up. I will never order anything else through them. I have had a couple people tell me they had the same problems.
