Bought a safe from them and they loaded on my trailer and broke my gate! And they were supposed to file a claim to compensate me for the damages. And Been 3 weeks and still nothing. Everytime I call they said they are trying to see what is going on and they will call me. But I still aint getting no info. If at all possible please avoid this store or tractor supply if you can. Especially if you want something loaded. Aint holding their word which is why I am leaving this review!

I've shopped at TSC Madison AL several times and disliked the experience every time. No help to be found, shelves in disarray, crowded, and prices that seemed high. Whatever you do don't rely on the app to provide accurate information on the available inventory. I've wasted several trips there just to find out the app was wrong. I tried ordering online for pickup last time. 40lb duck food, 40lb bird food. They canceled the duck food, but charged me for the bird food. It took me 30 minutes to just cancel the whole thing. Don't waste your time. I've pretty much given up on this.

So I normally don’t leave reviews but during a recent storm event our Athens location, which is awesome, was closed due to no power. So we drove to Madison to pick up a few things for our animals. Walked in and the gentleman at the counter was cashing out a customer at 7:55pm. Store hours show open until 9:00pm. The associate proceeds to tell me they are closed and he cannot help us. I asked him politely if we could just grab a quick bag of duck food and we would be on our way. He said no and proceeded to tell me they were closed again. Never again will I shop at this location. I work in customer service and this is not someone I would want representing my company. Very displeased and will be sure to remind people to not shop at this location!!

I've been coming in a lot more recently to look at the duck's and chickens. The staff is very nice and always makes me feel welcome and makes sure I get what I need! Definitely will keep coming back!

When walking in my fiancé and I were not greeted by the woman and man at the cash registers … but they did greet a man that walked in behind us. Not sure what it was about but we continued to walk looked for a dog create … Zay ( I think that’s his nickname .. name on my recite has Knyzavian he is AMAZING !!! He walked by us and instantly greeted us with such a welcoming voice ! Very knowledgeable and helpful. We will def be back because of him ! Being an assistant manager in retail myself I would truly say you all are blessed to have him !

Today I experienced uncommon service had a young man named Zay who came up to me and asked me if I found what I was looking for, and when I didn’t find it on the shelf, he went above and went to look on the overhead without me even asking when he said he didn’t have any in stock even though he said they should’ve had one. He called other stores until he found one that had it and check with them and told them to hold the item for me. Great work zay . What a pleasure to find somebody that wants to work nowadays.
