Do not use them. They hooked up a trailer to my truck and sent me on my way with a damaged trailer. These pictures are from the parking lot of pick up before I ever moved an inch. Later on my trailer disconnects on the highway causing damage to my truck. I was able to get to the side safely and reconnected the trailer. Upon opening the trailer at my final destination, my 75" Vizio tv was cracked in 4 different places as well as the leg to my power massaging reclined was ripped off. U-haul sent me to "Repwest" who handles their claims. They denied my claim saying they have a picture to prove it was hooked up properly. Keep in mind, they hooked it up, and I believe road vibrations caused the pin to loosen up ultimately disconnecting the trailer. Infuriated, I dug a little deeper and it turns out "Repwest" is owned by U-Haul holding company. Who is the parent of U-haul rentals and storage. No wonder they won’t own up to their mistake. Smh.

Absolutely amazing service. Customer service was outstanding. The guy who helped me was very respectful and attentive. The other employee was confronted by an upset customer and didn’t get upset with them. He dealt with the situation very professionally and calmly, guiding the customer to the vehicle the rented them.

PLEASE BEWARE: YOUR ITEMS ARE NOT SECURE HERE. I have had my unit broken into twice, the second time they got the slider off and were able to open the door WITH 2 LOCKS ON IT. If the doors can be broken into with locks on them, they are not secure. The gate is constantly open when no one is going in and out, there are transient people on the facility grounds constantly. Nothing is being done currently to fix the fact that the doors can be broken into with locks on them. They get the slider off and put it back on. I’ve had over 3k worth of stuff stolen now. Owner and management need to notify everyone that the units can be broken into even with locks, by getting the sliders off. CHECK ON YOUR UNIT IF YOU HAVE ONE, I SAW OTHERS THAT WERE BROKEN INTO THE SAME WAY. UNIT 200, YOURS HAS BEEN BROKEN INTO. I let the office know but it didn’t sound like they were going to notify you.

Great customer service from the time I made the reservation, to picking up the truck, to dropping the truck off! The staff was very helpful. I will definitely use them again!

The location GM, Tyson, was outstanding! He added a missing part that allowed my truck to actually tow. This after he troubleshot the whole system and figured out what I needed. Very helpful and professional.

The reservation process online is easy, so is the pickup and drop off process, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. This is the only location I go to.

I had the U-Haul truck from hell had to go through a store and my windshield wiper blew off, I had to pay for a tow to give me out of the mud because every time I call the U-Haul number the young lady told me she was new and she really didn't know what to do. And then my only downfall is that I did not take my pictures especially for my gas my gas was passed where it was supposed to be and I still end up getting charged $8 and some change for something that was not true pertaining to the gas because I've used you all for too many years and too many times and I know what to do especially being almost 60 years old I don't have the time ever to sit and stand and lie. And lastly when making reservations for a storage facility they need to train their managers or someone at that facility to contact the person that has the reservation to let them know if the storage is damaged or can I be used or something before they get there and get very disappointed that they don't have a storage to store there belongings and then try to make them go to another city and state in order to place their storage somewhere else. So above all my experience this time with U-Haul was horrible unpleasant and no I would not recommend anyone to use your services. My storage was placed July 23rd and I get to the Storage facility August 2nd then they tell me that the Storage I reserved is damaged in Forrest Park/ Loves Park Illinois come on you got to make it makes sense, very unprofessional.
