Weathers Ace Hardware of Jones Valley

I came in to buy a grill and was instantly greeted by an employee. He showed me what I was looking for and helped me with filling a propane tank also. They also offered to deliver the grill the same day and had it loaded up and ready to go by the time I checked out. It's quality service and products that keep me coming back to Ace. Thank you staff and Weather's Ace.

I’m very intentional about reviews. I rarely post them at all. I could not help but to take the time to write one regarding Mr. Josh Smith, the Store Manager at Weathers Ace Hardware of Jones Valley. This young man went way above and beyond the call of duty to help me yesterday. TBH, it was Customer Service that has unfortunately become the exception, not the rule. There are some local stores that I have visited, especially those that specialize in the same category as Ace, and let’s suffice it to say, there were times I left disappointed. I just needed to say KUDOS Josh! Job well done, Sir!

Extremely friendly staff, and helpful. I walked over from next-door to do some shopping and they offered to drive my four bags of sand over to my vehicle. I tried to decline, but they insisted, and ultimately, I relented and was extremely grateful for their helpfulness. I would highly recommend this location to everyone.

I came in to buy a reverse drill bit and screw extractor. I was greeted immediately by a older white haired man and walked to the drill section where the he showed me the kits available and proceeded to condescendingly tell me that you can't buy left handed drill bits and the right way to do it is with their kit. I said it's okay if you don't have what I need, I'll look elsewhere. He told me that's not how you do it and you won't be able to buy one. I can get trying to help a customer but not continuing to try to argue with me when I know what I want. I left and bought a kit at Harbor Freight with exactly what I was looking for. The staff may ignore you at Harbor Freight but at least they aren't rude.

Exceptional service. They take the time to find the right product at the right price. Today I purchased a weed eater and they were super helpful across the board. Love my local Ace!

This store opened recently on Bailey Cove road. It was my first visit to the store. It is very well stocked. They have apparently not had their grand opening yet but many of the products they will be selling at that event are already in the store. The employees were friendly and helpful in locating several items we were seeking on this visit. It was very clean, the aisles were fairly wide to make it easy to get through and it is larger than some Ace Hardware stores I have visited in the past. This is well worth a visit when looking for items typically carried in a hardware store.

I recently had a very busy schedule and was unfamiliar with the store. The excellent assistance I received allowed me to complete my shopping in under five minutes. I highly recommend it. (Furthermore, the Milwaukee 11-in-1 screwdriver is a premium product.)
