Zach and team did a great job for us on two large fixed picture window replacements with transoms eliminating the builder grade double hung windows that were failing. New windows really maximize our great outdoor views. They also provide superior day time privacy from the outside looking in and significant heat rejection to the inside. Everything from measure, quote, ordering and final install was professional and according to plan. Highly recommended Window Depot after going through several quotes, measures with other providers. Then orders and down payments with Andersen Windows who failed and then another with Home Depot that took the same course. Weeks of waiting only to get cancelled or re-priced. Call Zach and his team first. Save yourself the time/hassle of dealing with others that fall short and can’t deliver. Loving our new energy efficient unrestricted view windows!!!

Window Depot did an excellent job on installing our windows! Zack the owner did a great job of updating us when the windows would be in a scheduling the install. We highly recommend them. Their prices were very reasonable and much less than other window companies around. The quality of the windows are very, very good! I am beyond pleased! Window technology has definitely changed in 25 years and both Bill and Zach are knowledgeable and to the point about energy efficiency. The windows came in when expected and installation only took 2 days and I absolutely love them!! I replaced 15 windows and a storm door. I 100% recommend Window Depot for your needs! They are a locally and family owned business and you can claim these windows on your income tax.

Ordered windows on 7/30/16, install date was 10/11/16. Windows came in with internal grids that were not even, screens missing or damaged, one window measured wrong, installers damaged tube in master bath, windows in living room came with no grid. As of 1/12/17, still waiting them to finished installation. Very hard to give a good rating based on this service they provided.

The owner of Window Depot personally measured and then installed (with a co-worker) our four windows we needed. From the moment they showed up, they were friendly and professional. They took time to be careful on how to remove the old windows, and not create extra damage, and then meticulously set in the new windows. They were knowledgeable on the correct way to install windows. I would highly recommend them and use them again. We previously had windows installed by a different company and two leaked. Zach took time to help and fix the problem, which we greatly appreciate!

We had 12 windows installed in July 24. One window in the bathroom, a slider, is leaking air because the center does not meet correctly. It also can’t be locked. I have called since before Thanksgiving to get a service call to fix this problem. Have called many times. I get the assed off to another number that never returns a call. These windows were $12,000. They have been paid for. All I want is someone to fix the problem. If I have to get my lawyer to contact them to get some action I will.
