Jace & Jethro were AMAZING!! I came in with a million and 1 questions and needed help with finding the right oil they didn’t show anything but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I’m just a girl trying to put oil in her car & they made the process so easy!!

Needed help installing new wipers. All-female store (at the time I was there), I love it. Young lady installed them like a pro. Thank you.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received and I felt very unwelcomed. Staff was rude and anytime I was trying to get help, they would leave me in the middle of "helping" and go help someone else? I will not be going back.

I wouldn't do business with them again. Probably would keep me from going to any location after my experience. My wife bought a new battery and even tho they still advertise they swap them out they put a new battery on a cart with no tools and refused to help. I searched thru my tools and asked them if they had an extension and they said yes but apparently I wasn't allowed to use it. The guy stood on the other side of the door about 10ft away and watched us fight it with the wrong tools. I sure wasn't going to go buy an extension from him after spending 220 on a battery. It wasn't a manning issue either. One last thing we were the only customers.

I like Advance Auto and the selection they offer as well but the young lady Nichole has a really bad attitude. I was the first customer of the day last time I was there. She was uninterested in helping me and seemed bothered by my presence. She needs to be retrained in customer service. The auto parts store is supposed to be a place where you feel you'll get some help with your car problems. The Autozone in Greenwood on 31 is worth the drive. Those guys there are happy and helpful!

Wow, if you need ANY help with your car, do not hesitate to come here!! As a young woman, I am very skeptical of any help I receive from mechanics as I am obviously an easy target to overcharge/scam. I felt so comfortable here, the staff is VERY helpful and I will never go anywhere else in Indy so long as I can help it! Even if you think they can't help, go and ask anyway because they probably can.

If I could leave less than one star I would, I waited 45 minutes after 9 AM (when they were supposed to be open yesterday). Nicole (the store manager) came pulling up at 950 half asleep. Then I ordered a cooling fan assembly on the 7th and it was supposed to arrive today the 12th. Well upon going into the store, Nicole (manager) called to see about tracking for it because it hadn’t arrived yet. Tells me that the assembly is "out for delivery" and should be here between 5-530 PM. Yet I call 4 times and it’s still not been delivered. She lied to us about the delivery because she didn’t want to deal with an upset customer.
