From the minute I spoke with Oscar on the phone I knew we were going with Indy Solar. We had a few previous quotes that just didn't sit right with me for many different reasons. Oscar was so informative and not your typical "salesman". Everything was so smooth. Install was pretty cool to watch and was complete in 1 day. I really feel like we gained a friend as well. Would 150% recommend INDY SOLAR.

I first started looking into solar for our near East side Indianapolis home this spring and went down a serious rabbit hole in terms of available technology, getting four different quotes and comparing systems with and without batteries. I went with Indy solar because Michael and Oscar were neighbors, excellent communicators and really worked with us to set up an optimized system with the latest available tech. They helped us navigate the permitting system with the city and electrical company -spoiler alert, AES is the most difficult part of the whole equation. Install took a couple of days longer than usual as we were first with some brand new battery technology- but Oscar was on site keeping us up to date throughout. We have had the system turned on for a week and it is performing as anticipated. We are excited to reduce grid dependence and have some back up available for outages. In short, I highly recommend working with Indy solar solutions.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Indy Solar Solutions. They were nothing but professional and courteous from the first time they came out to look at the job, during installation, and throughout the entire process. Installation was fast, our 20 new solar panels look amazing and are performing as promised. Oscar, the project manager was great, almost immediate responses to all questions I had, he presented several options for different systems that could work for us, then walked us through each so we had good understanding of everything involved. The installers were professional, were very respectful of our property keeping everything clean / damaged nothing, and did a top notch job all around. I couldn’t of asked for a better company to work with for my first go at solar for my house. What a great experience this was. They made everything easy and did everything on the backside so I didn’t have to do anything. They took care of all the permits and dealt with the electric company to make it a smooth transition from start to end. Mike Bacon was so easy to talk to, and was a no pressure salesman. He just told it like it is. I had reviewed few other companies prior to this and I felt like I was being pushed into a quick decision without further research. The electric company, Mr. Electric, that did the install was just as upfront and friendly as Mike was. They did an excellent job of installing and always let me know when they would be out and what they were going to be doing. If you want to go solar, Mike Bacon is the man for you.
