Interstate All Battery Center

My husband had us drive over an hour to Indianapolis to get a battery here because "interstate is the best." The. We had an issue with the battery, so to get a new one we had to drive over an hour back to Indy to get it. Austin was there and he was great. He immediately came out and switched out the battery and we were on our way. He was friendly and quick. Thanks!

I not coming back here, I went in to get a battery and they was trying to rip me off for a used battery for the same prices as a new one. They told me they got me a new battery nothing they can do when they say you get couple weeks of a warranty I paid for just in case if they ripping me off. Two day later my battery went out and had it tested and it was a bad battery so I went back they tried to say it was my starter in my car but that was a lie. If you don’t want to be ripped off and also this interstate battery isn’t the real interstate battery, They paid to run it as a family business. Found that out when I was arguing with them about my battery. I made the mistake think it was the real store but no family owned and didn’t care to rip me off on money

This place is amazing. The employees were phenomenal but a special shout-out to Isaac, who helped me (not pictured) with understanding what a used battery actually means. I was hesitant about buying used, but it was the best decision financially. I highly recommend coming here. Thank you, Isaac, for your help and your kindness. Also, I added the Santa and Reindeer to the photo as I really felt Santa had a play in leading us here by getting help from Eric at the roadside service we used.

I stopped in because I needed a new battery for my car. Bryce was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He helped get the right battery for my car, explained how the warranty worked, and installed it for me very quickly. We had a small hiccup which wasn’t his fault & was 100% because I have a German vehicle. He promptly worked through troubleshooting and got Andy, the GM, involved to help too. Both Bryce and Andy were great, were super helpful, and reassured me that if my car’s computer didn’t reset itself in the trip to work to give them a call and they’d work to figure it out. They were right that it needed a little bit to reset itself and everything is great now. Definitely recommend coming here if you need a battery and want expert advice and installation assistance!
