Exceptional buying experience from start to finish! Austin was awesome to work with, super helpful, fair, and straightforward through the whole process. I had my own trailer, and he adjusted the deal without any hassle, eliminating the new trailer amount. Steve the finance manager was also incredible, he had everything ready when I arrived after a 12 hour drive, which made the process fast and easy. The onsite pond was a huge bonus, I was able to test the boat before towing her 800+ miles home. I highly recommend this dealer if you want a great boat, a fair price, and top-notch service!

So I was looking for quite awhile for this boat and came across one at Just Add Water in Indianapolis. I worked with Austin and he assured me this boat had been gone over as well as the trailer making sure everything was up to par. I live 5 hrs away so I wasn’t looking forward to that one day trip lol. But after getting there I had the greatest experience. Austin took me out on their lake behind the dealership. He explained everything to me about the boat and we ran it till I was comfortable. I can’t say thanks enough to Austin and the whole team there. 5 star service. Also made a 600 mile trip to Canada no issues!!

I would like to give a big shout out to Don For his help on me purchasing a boat, I was not looking for the type of boat that I bought, but he was not pushing me or trying to sell me. He was making sure that I got what I wanted. After a few days he had one come in that he wanted me to look at and then turned out to be the perfect boat for me. since the pictures he has checked up to make sure everything is in good working conditions, and I am still satisfied with my purchase I would highly recommend anybody to go look everywhere else and then go to just add water because you would probably go there first and not need to go anywhere else afterwards thank you everyone for all your help especially done. Thanks Austin for finding us a great used tritoon. We had a great Labor Day weekend riding the new tritoon. Everyone loved the. ride, especially the moms with the little ones as they were in floating playpen. We pulled multiple tubes and everyone that wanted to waterski got up easily. Including me. I couldn’t have bought myself a better 73rd birthday present
