I needed a coolant bleeder screw and the customer service was fantastic. The price was higher than you can find on Amazon or Walmart, but they had it when I needed it. He test your lady even found me some sort of discount to help get the price from $18 to $15.

Not Great. The guy really didn't have a clue what he was doing. I'm not sure if he was new or what the situation was, but I definitely definitely usually go to AutoZone and I eventually went to AutoZone that same day and they knew what was up. So that's why I stick with AutoZone. No offense to O'Reilly but you know when you go somewhere and they know you and they know what's up, you keep scone to that place

I was changing the headlights on my car but having a lot of trouble competing the task. Jay took time to walk me through the process and helped me finish much quicker than I otherwise would have. Everyone there is friendly. A+ service on Saturday , 11/16

I've called multiple times not only today but as well as yesterday and no answer not even a hold I understand if the store is busy but you could at least put a person on hold to let the know your busy and will be with them as soon as possible but it's very annoying trying to see if they have the parts in store or not when I can't even get a simple please hold

I called and talked to Marvin about checking my battery. He told me to come in, which I did in 15 minutes. When I got there, there were no other customers in the store, but Marvin told me he couldn't check my battery because he was the only employee there. I'm handicapped and it takes a large effort on my part to do such a trip, only to encounter an inept, lying Marvin the sales clerk. No apology, no, "can you come back?", nothing. O'Reilly's is not ADA nor elderly friendly. I would advise anyone wanting honest service and parts to avoid this store like the plague. Instead of a sale of a battery, O'Reilly 's will get nothing. Zero. Now and forever.

Purchased rotors and they tossed in the brakes pads for free.

the worst auto supply store in the midwest. besides being incapable, they are poorly stocked. the employees are rude and clueless. i needed a funnel and transmission fluid and thats it. nothing complicated. Make everyone happy and go to Advanced auto or Autozone less than a mile away. . this is the worst Orileys in existence and im suprised they are able to use the logo. snark was free though ! i dont expect a reply or change.
