Everyone was super friendly and welcoming. We worked most of our deal over the phone before we got there, as we live several hours away. No hidden surprises when we got there and it was a quick process. Our salesguy David was more than professional and answered my many questions without hesitation. Our boat needed a few more things after we got there so they are taking care of it and delivering it for free!!! 10/10 would recommend David and the team he has behind him! Great group of people!!! We met the Reeder Trausch team at the fall boat show in Indy. When I say they are a good group of guys I absolutely mean it. They aren’t just pushing boats out the door and then on to the next they spent hours with us and got us everything we wanted and more! David was so easy to talk to and though I’m not an easy sale he never gave up on working with us to get exactly what we asked for. Joe came into the picture towards the end of the sale and was very instrumental in helping us finalize everything. The entire team took part of our purchase and never made us feel pressured or bothersome. My wife and I are so excited to get the kids out next season. My wife and I just bought our first boat from Denny's. I just retired from a life in sales. In my business area, customer service was always king. We sold expensive machinery and repeat business was key. We were looking for an electric pontoon boat and stopped into Denny's as an afterthought on the way to another marina. Our sales person at Denny's spent a lot of time with us talking about pontoons in general and about the company's philosophy of electric pontoons. After Denny's we went on to look at two other marinas which were all reasonably price competitive but I kept coming back to the initial experience at Denny's. Long-story-short, We called Denny's back and ordered their boat and discussed/negotiated a couple of upgrades and a delivery date. On the agreed to delivery day the Denny's rep showed up exactly on-time and took his time showing my wife and me through the workings of the boat and making us feel confident. I just want to say that the way the electrical system was put together by the Denny's staff is simple and robust and looks like a work of art. I am writing on our second day of ownership and I feel like the smartest guy in the world for making the decision to buy a boat from these guys. From sales, to the technical side, to the accounting an billing to the delivery and training Denny's has given us world class customer service. I love my new Bennington and I love Denny's.
