My solar install by Solar Energy Solutions is by far the best experience I've ever had in working with any contractor. The crew was neat and clean, polite, and did a beautiful job on the install. They showed up on time, on the date scheduled, and stayed on the job until everything was done. They left my property so clean you wouldn't even know they'd been there! Before the install, every question I had was patiently answered without any high pressure. Highly recommended!

I m very pleased with the overall project with Solar Energy Solutions. From the planning stage thru the final day of install, I was very impressed with the continued communication thru-out the project. Every step was well planned and executed by very friendly and professional installers. Eric Straeter was my sales contact with Solar Energy Solutions. Eric is very knowledgeable and very easy to work with ,his experience with solar energy was very impressive and yet could relate to my novice questions and answer them with easy to understand answers. Eric's ability to relate to real time farm experiences helped me to know that Solar Energy Solutions was the right fit for our farm needs.

All of the install crew and office staff have been fantastic to work with. Eric was very straightforward about our home's electrical needs and what solar solutions would solve those needs. A few delays happened beyond SES's control and they were very good at communicating what to expect - and then that is what actually happened. Good service. Good communication. Honest and sincere people.

No complaints here. SES provided good service and kept me informed every step of the way. Our rooftop solar array was installed quickly over 2 half-days (too windy to be on the roof the first day) and their technicians consulted with me on every engineering/structural decision so that the final configuration was precisely what I wanted. Great experience. Would highly recommend.

Installing solar panels can be complicated, but Solar Energy Solutions made it easy. Communication with the staff was great. Josh, the lead installer, was a great communicator, was careful with his team when the weather wasn't good, and made sure everything was tidy. One issue we faced on the first day of the install was that Josh's full crew didn't show up as planned, but he explained the situation, and was able to do the interior work on our circuit panel solo. The project did take a little longer than anticipated because of weather, and our steep roof slowed things down a bit, but we were happy with the end result. I had a different company install solar panels at my previous address in Connecticut, and this experience with SES was much better! Recommend them!

We loved working with the SES team. Honestly, we had thought solar was out of reach financially for us, but they made it possible. Eric was a delight to work with and was very honest about our options, which we appreciated. He didn't try to sell us, he informed us. We loved that. And the team that installed, led by Didir and Mario was extraordinary. They were friendly, informative, professional and so helpful! They answered all of our questions and took us through every part of the process. We can't recommend them enough!
