The cable broke on my garage door yesterday. I called them up, and Steve was here at 9am this morning. He replaced the cables, a bad spring, worn out pulleys, and a bent rail in less than an hour. He also lubed up both garage doors, and the price was beyond fair. Very professional!

My garage door would not go all the way up on the Saturday before Easter. So I called to set up an appointment for repairs. As it turned out I needed a replacement motor. So I agreed to replace the motor. Then I was told that I needed an electrician to install a plug for the motor. I live in a historical home where nothing is easy when it comes to repairs. However, David called me and assured me that he would send an electrician out to my home to complete the job. I cannot thank David enough for handling a difficult situation and putting my mind at ease. Today I have a working garage door, and I will definitely recommend Overhead Door to others! Saved the day for us! We had a broken spring, could not even manually move the door, had to drive out of town that morning. Office found a manager to come out and got springs replaced in less than an hour. I have always had good experiences with Overhead Door. Thank you!

Friendly staff who answer the phones. They do their best to get you scheduled when you need service. The repairman, Jeff was so kind and courteous. He apologized for being a bit past the scheduled appointment time. But the job before us took a bit longer than expected. (It happens). We’ve used them in the past and will continue to use them. Our jobs are small but we still get great service

They did a great job, doors look really good. And the install is perfect. Be prepared for some COVID delays from the manufacturer, that was a pain. But that isn't really Overhead Door related at all. Everything on their end was handled very professionally. I couldn't be happier, same for my wife. We had to be a little patient, but it really paid off. Very happy with the end result.
