Big O Tires

10/1 update: Got a call last week that I was due for tire rotation since I had purchased tires 6months ago in March. Super convenient reminders if you purchased the maintenance plan which it looks like I did. You're welcome. Great service, about an hour wait but worth it. Thank you Big O team! I'll be back in 6months. Just had 4 tires purchased & mounted plus alignment because why not? Anyways, Will & the team did a great job. A little over 1hr for all 4 tires went by quickly. Highly recommend big o tires in Irvine. These guys are absolutely the best. Great prices, outstanding customer service and kind people. Highly recommend them. They adjust tire pressure on my truck and gave me a great deal on tire sensor. Big thanks to James for being so helpful and quick. He is a great guy.

Steve was phenomenal! The team was so quick and luckily they had 2 of my tires in which no one usually has my low profile tires in stock. Only place around open at 7am too. Super thankful and happy with everything. Thanks again Steve.

They always do their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible without ever cutting corners. I really appreciate how efficient and reliable they are. Always have had fantastic service from Big O Tires, but Steve went out of his way to help us. We brought our Sprinter Van in for a tire rotation and to replace a tire that was in bad shape. The crew was fast and friendly. But the story gets more interesting after I leave and discover my tire pressure sensor isn't working. I think its because of the rotation, but turns out it I had swapped a wheel out when we had a bad tire and forgot to ask them to switch it. Took us a while to figure it out, but Steve was super patient and helpful. I realized what happened and the guys put the sensor on the correct wheel the next day for no charge. I couldn't be happier with the service and the experience - especially considering it was my own confusion and mistake. Thank you Steve and Big O team as always!

Great experience this morning at BigO tires, Irvine, and in particular the assistance from Mr Garcia-Alvarez who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I had an 8 am appointment , had 4 tires replaced and alignment done and my car finished in around an hour. No overselling.

DO NOT GO HERE - I visited this Irvine location to have my tires replaced. During the service, the technician contacted me and stated that my axle was cracked and needed replacement. I approved the axle replacement and was told I would be contacted once the vehicle was ready for pickup. The car remained in the shop from opening until closing. Throughout the day, I received three separate calls from your team explaining that the wrong part had been ordered and that a correct axle would need to be sourced. On the third call, I was informed the technician tried to replace the axile four different times and that the axle could not be replaced that day and would need to be ordered from the dealership. At that point, I chose to pick up my car and take it directly to the Honda dealership, as the situation no longer felt transparent. Honda performed a full diagnostic and confirmed that the axle was in perfect condition and did not require replacement. More concerning, however, was that the dealership found two bolts missing—one of which was critical in securing the engine block. I was advised that this presented a serious safety hazard and could have led to major mechanical failure or even an accident. I’m not sure if it was due to inexperience or an attempt to make a few extra dollars, but I strongly recommend avoiding this store. I was misled and lied to when they claimed my axle was cracked, and their inexperienced technician then failed to reinstall it correctly. I'd encourage others to read the reviews below mine. You will find similar cases providing evidence to the lack of experience at this Big O tires site.
