The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and feels extremely safe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind when choosing a place for storage. Thomas’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly stood out. Highly recommend working with him—he made the whole experience outstanding!

Renting space here is so easy and very user friendly. It took me about 10 minutes to complete the entire process on my phone. I got access to my unit instantly afterward. The unit is easy to find. The place was brand new, bright and airy. Climate control is superb. Very happy with the pricing too. Beats lots of other older places for sure. Very courteous assistance over the phone. Make this your next choice for sure!

Thomas is the best! This is a place that I stored my furniture at for 3 years and I’m lucky to have found it. The best service anyone can wish for! The employees are all helpful and wish you nothing but the best! The storage itself is affordable and super clean. Can’t be any happier with their service!

Enjoyed my experience with Extra space storage at Warner Ave in Irvine. When I first rented in 2023, researched online, then I went into the office and secure my advertised 10x10 unit. Was happy with location and that it is environmentally climate controlled. The space actually measures at 9.5x 9.5,x 8ft but who needs the extra half of foot. I found out that my business qualifies for a long term rental and was able to pay in advance for 2 years(24 months) at the offer monthly rate. When my rental came up for renewal in September 2025, I found another unit in same complex, building, floor and was able to go online close out the old account, with no hassle or complaint. Then rent my new unit for another 2 years.

I’ve used Extra space Storage for about 7 years. Excellent customer service. Cynthia is super to work with and very professional. Always plenty of parking and access and I can always find a cart at the entrances to load and unload. Very clean ! A good deal AC controlled and easy access in and out.

Shawn was of great help with walking me through the different storage options and showed patience and professionalism upon each encounter. Cynthia was also kind and asked if I needed assistance when using my storage. Great customer service and easy process setting up storage.

The customer service was excellent. When I showed up to the office for the first time, I was giving very explicit directions of where the unit was, and explanation of how the Lockwood work, easy access to documents to sign in a very warm and friendly customer service representative to help me through it all. I would highly recommend this facility.
