I stopped by this store today since my car's battery is dead. John is the only one there. I would like to get the newly purchased battery installed in my car. There are customers coming in and John need to help them as well. John told me to hold on for a minute after he takes care of the customers in the store. Just a few minutes later, John came out with new battery and installed it professionally and quickly and it worked perfectly. I really appreciate his great help.

I want to recognize this employee, Anthony. I purchased a battery for my 2013 Sienna, he let me borrow their tools for removing the battery. However, when I was frustrating on the connector, he helped me get the old one out and placed the new one in. His kindness is not only saving my time but also gaining the trust of this store. Thank you, O'Reilly having a such professional and skilled employee work here!

Thank you Michael! I came in for one single lug nut and he helped me find the right size and put it on for me but also he checked to make sure the rest of them were screwed on tightly as well. As a single mom of 2 crazy boys I really really appreciate what Michael did. 10/10 🙂

went here for a battery check as my car needed two jumps in the last few days. was worried it might be an alternator and i knew some car parts stores would conduct a test for free. anthony from the irvine store was extremely helpful and diagnosed a bad battery. good news as an alternator is way more expensive and would take longer to fix. in less than 15 minutes anthony replaced the battery with a smile and even cleaned up the battery terminals. he wouldn’t even take a tip when i tried to tip him. highly recommended.

Man, these guys have helped me more than a few times. As the owner of Saddleback Mountain Pool and Spa in Irvine and serving south Orange County, there are issues with one of our trucks from time to time. And when one of the trucks has an issue, the staff at O’Reilly Auto Parts will help us to get the truck back on the road quickly. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. We really appreciate the staff!

I had a great experience at this O’Reilly location thanks to Lance! He was so nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. He asked if I needed help replacing my air filter and wiper blades. At first, I thought I could handle it on my own, but thankfully Lance came out to check on me just in case and I’m so glad he did. He ended up helping me replace the windshield wipers, which I honestly don’t think I could have done alone. Thank you so much, Lance! I really appreciate your kindness and assistance. I highly recommend this location!
