I’ve had such a great experience with Taylor during my last two visits to the PS. I really want to thank him for being so helpful with my transition to a smaller unit. He’s always friendly and eager to help in any way he can. I even noticed him out sweeping the parking lot area - working hard and staying diligent, even when no one was around. Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve rented from a few storage places before, but nothing comes close to this Public Storage in Irvine. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Howard took care of everything like a true professional — super friendly, patient, and on top of his game. He explained everything clearly, gave me a free month, and made the whole process so smooth it’s honestly ridiculous how easy it was. Every time I stop by, Howard is there helping out — whether it’s with the lockdown, supplies, or just checking in to make sure everything’s good. The place is spotless, secure, and always feels welcoming. This is hands down the best storage experience I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Howard and the whole team!

Howard and Taylor are awesome and made the reservation and move in process super easy. They reached out to me over the phone as I was trying to make a reservation online, which I appreciated because I was having trouble with the website and I did have questions - they resolved all my issues quickly and got me set up with a great unit at a great price. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facility is clean and secure. My only suggestion is that they add more lights over the storage units. The units away from the very well lit hallways can be dark inside and it can be difficult to see the stuff in your storage space.

I called this location at 5pm because of the reviews and told the gentleman (Howard) i wanted to come see a unit but would take me 30 minutes. After arriving i told him what i was storing and quickly realized the locker i wanted to rent probably wouldn’t work. He took the time to help me and show me other units and i was able to double my size for $4.00 more a month. He showed me the other unit and i was just really impressed with his knowledge and explanation topack it. My only issue was the time to travel. He brought me back to the office and told me a couple alternative locations and assured me i would get the same service as i was receiving today at the location near rockfield. He said he learned from the person there. After going home and thinking about it i know its worth the drive. I’m going on Wednesday to get my unit. Thank you for making this an awesome simple experience.

Was greeted by a helpful & friendly chap, Howard. He was effective with answering my questions and quick closing out my reservation. The facility on Construction Circle is kept clean with plenty carts available at all times of the day. This is my first storage rental experience. Pretty pleased so far.

Love this place. Restroom is always clean and smells fresh. Harold has the best smile and best customer service we have ever had at a storage facility. He always greets us and our kids. Always smiling. Very humble man. I’m sure he is very valuable to the company. Only reason we store here is how we get treated here.

I have been a long time customer at this facility and I have always been pleased with the service here. Howard has especially been a huge help with navigating the storage process, including finding the right unit location & utilizing the app and understanding the entire process. He has always been courteous and professional and this has been extremely appreciated during moving and what can be a stressful time. The facility is clean and neat with easy access to the elevators.
