The staples in barranca pkwy in Irvine, ca has some rude employees at the printing department. I’m not sure if they gave me the correct name but BRITNEY store 1350 was RUDE and me thinking about is making me extremely upset and pissed off again. I wanted to print and I was not getting the email off my phone, and I understand she has not control over that but as I walk away, she and another female were laughing and so I called out for customer service which a male employee assisted me. What pisses me off is her laughing out loud in my face and behind my back like I couldn’t hear them. If I was any other customer, the reaction would differ than how I responded. While I was walking out the store she was behind me covering her mouth still laughing and looking at whoever she was looking at. I work in customer service and if I did that, I would have been terminated. She acts like that because she doesn’t feel like management will do anything to her, like her job is safe. I hope staples actions their rude unprofessional employees isn’t just a slap on a hand. This needs repercussions !!! That girl needs to learn respect, just because I’m the same age range as her isn’t an excuses. UNPROFESSIONAL

I returned one this week September 9, and I have to say—Jesus, the manager, was exceptional. His professionalism and kindness made the process seamless. I highly recommend this store location on Barranca Parkway Irvine CA to anyone looking for great service. Thanks for listening!

Went to Staples on Barranca Parkway in Irvine to get a resume printed out. I was going to print it out myself but had a question as to which tray to use to print copies of my resume on resume paper I just purchased. So I went to the counter and spoke with Print & Marketing Associate Darlyn. She was multi-tasking at the time and remained very professional in her demeanor and conduct! She was easy to talk with, provided great customer service, and took care of me! Darlyn....you made my day! Thank you so very much!!! It was a pleasure to meet you!!!

This review is for the excellent work provided by Vanessa at Staples on Barranca in Irvine. She was extremely kind and patient as we had to edit a funeral obituary pamphlet multiple times. She also helped us to edit a photo for the funeral service. Her professionalism and compassion was beyond measure! Despite being the only person at the printing department on the multiple days that we needed her help, Vanessa was extremely charitable and sweet. For all of your printing needs, I highly recommend Vanessa at Staples on Barranca. She deserves a raise and a huge vacation!

Went in for file folders and combo pack of 4, for Canon printer. Ink guy walked me over; had good knowledge and advice. Cashier quickly found a "price match" for me on the ink, which was very substantial. Process was quick and easy. Thanks Staples !

This is about my third visit to Staples and once again, I was treated so well by your staff. Brittany started to help me and her computer broke and Anastacio took over and he was so accommoding and helpful to me. Every agent has been really great and I never really expected this treatment at all. sincerely Elaine
