In your store today and Conor was so helpful. Explain the S Pen got me into the youtubes. Got me into how to navigate a whole bunch of stuff. So professional and friendly, definitely 5 star or more

Verizon online support sent me to "any Verizon store" after HOURS of tech nightmare that was ultimately caused by a different retailer. My tech at this shop went by "Geo" if I remember correctly. After waiting about 20 minutes for him to show the woman in front of me 120% fantastic and patient service on her problem (and sending her off with smiles all around), he immediately turned to me and proceeded to go ABOVE AND BEYOND to get my phone working and setup on the network! He wasn't working off a script. He knew what he was doing and did real troubleshooting on a singular problem. ABOVE AND BEYOND! My phone didn't even come from this store but I'll be buying my next one from Geo at this shop!

Walked in the store on 06-30-25 @ 12:10pm. Stood there and waited 20 minutes. Not one of the two employees even acknowledged me or said what time frame it would be to get help. As I was standing there patiently, the two male employees started talking in a foreign language so nobody that was in the store could understand what they were saying. So unprofessional. I now know why I will never be a Verizon customer again. Absolutely the worse customer serves I have ever had to deal with.

I have been putting off getting an upgraded cellphone for years now. Just dreading it. My previous experiences have been a nightmare of high pressure upselling and confusing sales tactics. But I couldn't put it off any longer so I dragged myself here and was lucky enough to meet Julian. He actually listened to what I wanted (new phone) and - get this - got me one. That was it. No BS, no upsell, no adding on subscriptions, insurances, new lines, new plans, unicorns, specials, or anything else I didn't need or want. He didn't laugh at me when I said I couldn't figure out how to use the new phone, or log into my apple account, or even access the discounts on Verizon. He just did his flaming job, and he did it brilliantly. I'm now working out what subscriptions we may or may not need, and then I'll go back and figure out what if anything we need to add on. Again - no pressure. Great job Julian! I was actually about to move to T-mobile but you convinced me to stick with Verizon.
