I come to store today at 6:00pm, try to use my 10$ online coupon, the person who help me was Magen, she was tried two time the coupon said the Computer systems is not taking, I give the phone number and Name . Then I was bring my broken tool I was buoyed year’s ago in other state GearWrench 12" part number 81221 it has Life time warranty. She want receipt and part number, I told her is on the tool. She really unhappy tried And saying she can’t pull the record from other states is two systems, I was like this is 2020’not 1990’ you can’t pull the systems is that my problem? Advance Auto Parts have so many store，can not replace a tool ? Is that mean if I buy the tool from your store I have stated at that state? Really bad experience, will never buy the tool from Advance Auto Parts no more Not even better then Auto part...
Worse customer service I’ve ever had
Gained a new customer for sure! Megan is exceptionally helpful and didn't give up on my issue. Great customer service! Carolina walked out to a busy intersection safely and picked up a bumper piece blocking the road. Wow! They truly care about their customers and safety!
Excellent service, went in to pick up a batteries was going to change it myself and a worker came out with tools and a cart and did everything for me, conversation about the car and him being so knowledgeable helped ALOT. Started to rain but he finished. The service was so much appreciated and he didn't mind at all. Very Pleasant attitude
The service was great the young man at the front desk made it easy for me with my purchased item.. I'm sorry I don't remember the young man's name But he was great, and greeted me with a warm smile
