My Favorite Office Depot — Hands Down! ️ I’ve been to a lot of Office Depot locations in my life, and this one is BY FAR my favorite. When I say the staff is helpful, I mean every single person in this store is ready to assist you—no hesitation. They’ve got a lot of younger employees here, and let me just say… these are some genuinely nice kids . Respectful, polite, and actually willing to help (which is rare these days). I spend a lot of time in this location, so I get to see how they treat everyone, not just me—and they’re consistently friendly, patient, and efficient no matter what kind of day they might be having. They’re: ✅ Helpful ✅ Fast & efficient ✅ Respectful ✅ Always in good customer service mode I literally don’t have a single bad thing to say about this store or the team. Now… I can’t say I feel the same way about the MacArthur location but this spot? 10/10.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience with Nate at Office Depot! He provided excellent customer service and really went above and beyond. His tech skills are top-notch — he quickly and efficiently converted my CRM files to PDF and saved them onto a USB for me. He’s super knowledgeable, patient, and friendly — a true "techie techie"! I really appreciate his help and professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Nate if you need any tech support!

Shay Peace is a rockstar when it comes to shipping. I had a couple FedEx items that I had no clue what to do with & she took care of me like a total professional. Place was pretty busy. 2 employees serving several people that the same time. When Shay got to me, all I had was the items I wanted to mail as well as the print out sheets/labels. She helped me put them in envelopes & seal everything up. System was down at the time but she encouraged me to take pics of finished packages. It was a totally smooth experience! She made it simple and easy. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely go there again for all of my FedEx needs. Very thankful for her help.

I want to thank the entire staff that helped me with my business card order, especially the store manager Lynese! She came over to the print center and personally helped me complete the order. She even took care of a mistake and I was very impressed with her professionalism. I will definitely make this location my go to store for ALL my office supply and service needs. Was visiting from out of state for business and the other day I had to drop by this location to pick up a few things as it was closest to where I was staying. The employees I came across were friendly and helpful, especially Justin. He greeted me when I walked in and helped me find the items I needed. Overall was a great experience for my first time visiting a Texas location.
