And this is why O’Reillys is one of the best auto parts companies. I stopped at a competitor down the street to change the lightbulb. Purchased a light bulb, asked for a sockets to make the quick change, and after three minutes of looking, they couldn’t find one and said "sorry, we don’t have one." went down the road to O’Reilly’s, and went, and I couldn’t find it in the box very quickly, she immediately went back into the store and pulled a tool off the shelf for me to use to make the quick change. Great customer service. And thank you Anna!

I dont recomend to come at this store, employees always in a bad mood, alejandro and alexiel, i have nothing against them or nothing personal but i didnt like how they were treating another customer that was infront of me, and for some reason they never have change for a 20 dollar bill, its my 3rd time

"Stopped by to buy hardware kit #32130, but they tried to sell me just one piece instead of the full set. Paying $25 for a single bolt didn’t sit right, so I checked online and found the full kit listed on O'Reilly’s website for the same price with all eight pieces included. It was probably an honest mistake, but it still felt misleading. I ordered the same part # from Amazon.

This loacation is definitely short staffed as I went to buy 2 new batteries for my ram but the guy said he can’t go outside as he is the only one working.

I have always had a great experience with O’Reilly stores but this one was just good. The guy who helped me was courteous while he checked my battery and helped me pick a new one. But normally I’ve been given more help. When he gave me the very heavy battery I asked if it was simple enough for me to change it out and he said yes. As I was about to pick it up and give it a go, another customer in line said he would do it for me. Thankfully he did and he knew what he was doing. I am so thankful for that kind man as I would have not been able to do it with the minimal tools I had.

No urgency in customer's time. I've seen at least 5 employees working at the time if waiting in line. Customers in front of me were there for a while as well. One customer came in with a cane and went back after waiting close to 10 minutes. After a few minutes afterwards a second person came into the counter and started to help the line. Things can be a lot more efficient.

1/21/25. Great experience last night. Got a new battery at the O' Connor store but they were short handed so the team at Story Rd installed the battery for me in the freezing cold last night even with flurries coming down. Highly recommend this location.
