Public Storage

Diana and Isela were very helpful and courteous with resolving an issue with my unit, thank you so much ladies, this is why this is my storage unit of choice!

Mal servicio agarre un espacio y me cobraron de mi targeta sin mi autorización antes del mes y el candado que supuestame es reembolsable ahora resulta que no pusieron miles de escusas para no devolver el dinero me dieron mal información cuando tome el espacio. tengan cuidado cuando renten y lean bien sus contratos yo no lo ise porque confíe en ellos que desepcion

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have a unit at the MacArthur location and it has been broken into twice, that I know of. Both times I was informed months later. I was told I'd receive photos to show what is in the unit. Never did. I said I would pay as soon as I know of there is anything left in the unit and now they are trying to change me $416 for an $80 unit. I received a phone call from am employee who when I answered, lead w, "this is public storage, your unit is about to go to auction, you need to pay it now!" I informed her of the situation, that I'm waiting for pics to which she rudely said "I'll make a note" and hung up on me. I called back to ask her name she told me public storage and hung up AGAIN. She hung up on me SIX TIMES without a word being said. I then reached out to Ty Ashcraft, the regional manager, and still have not heard a word back. DO NOT use this area for public storage!!! I've used other locations w no problems so unless you want to be treated like trash and have your stuff stolen without being notified or any help following that, go anywhere else!!!

While there are certain limitations (such as this site having no temperature control units, or paying extra for 24hr access), the employee here was polite and patient, and was able to set me up not just same day, but within the hour to have my own storage unit.

Isela helped me! Got into a storage unit that fit my needs quick. Very happy with my experience!

I initially had some issues with waiting an hour because the on-site person was not in the office for our appointment. However, Ty, the District Manager was great & followed up with me about my issue, proving they do care about customer service. It’s people like him that go above and beyond and will always get 5 stars from me!!
