Storage Sense - Irving

The place is pretty nice and well kept. The controlled air conditioning definitely ads to the whole experience. The carts are good, could potentially be bigger but they’re definitely great to have. The staff was actually pretty nice to us early on, allowing us to keep the pricing we started with. After about 4 years though they had to increase the prices. I wouldn’t say it’s not worth it even then. Overall, it’s been a great place to hold our memories.

The staff is friendly and the place is kept clean. Renting online was easy. Moving in and out was easy as well. The one nitpick I'd say would be they could use more moving carts so you wouldn't have to hunt one down (the place is big!).

Very easy process they reach out to you and check to see when you are coming in and make accommodations for you to work with your schedule for key & lock pick up. They are very friendly as well

Best experience so far with a storage facility. Front desk is lively, building is clean, and ease of access to your unit is excellent. Also the introductory price for the unit was the best. Glad I chose Storage Sense.
