Yes. I visited Advance Auto Parts location 5809 Ridgewood Road. Trevyvon B. and Daniel B.,was big help this evening above date and time. September 27,2025 18:10pm. Two Gentlemen assisted my vehicle due to battery issue. They provided excellent customer service and installed battery replacement. Thank you guys for helping assist me this with my vehicle. The location on the corner of Adkins-Beasley and Ridgewood Road in Jackson were a treat! I went in for a new car battery. They greeted me as I came in, were friendly with everyone, and to save me time the free associate gathered my items and rang me up so that there would be no delay when the installation associate was free. They then replaced my battery in no time and had me on my way. Great people! They deserve kudos and a raise. Definitely recommend!

We called in to buy a battery for our car and went today since the weather was nice. They helped us quickly! I had my young kids with me and the attendant in charge brought out a chair for me and offered water for the kids. She was so kind and helpful! They were very quick at replacing our battery and didn't charge a thing. When we went out to load up in the car, the attendant came out to make sure we were all set and to assist me if I needed it.
Wonder store for our community in north jackson. Always very helpful and this store is under wonderful leadership .
