On August 11, I came to Lowe’s to purchase lumber to repair a bed. I was visiting from out of town. The gentleman in the area not only reviewed my choice of wood, but recommended a better choice. He helped me pick out the appropriate fasteners as well which ended up saving me money. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and customer service. It is a dying art. I can’t remember his name, but he did a great job. There also another associate who sold me a drill and found me some bits that were on clearance. He didn’t try to oversell me and got me what I needed. Great employees.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Helped me to sign up for lowes rewards for free. I love saving money and gaining point by just shopping.

This location is trash. I ordered a stove with installation and they claimed I never did. Once I tried to get an installer they completely stopped picking up the phone. On top of all that the delivery guy almost delivered my stove to the wrong house. They were literally unpacking the stove from the truck at my neighbors house. Hire competent people PLEASE!

We ordered a new storm door and the anticipated completion date is two months from the purchase date. Two months to install a storm door is unacceptable.

Understaffed. They didn’t have barely anything in stock i was looking for. Super slow customer service. Long, tiresome waiting lines for checkout.

Good luck even getting someone to answer the phone! Terrible, don’t buy from here.
