I can’t recommend this place less. I told the person in the store what battery I wanted for my vehicle and they grabbed a cheaper one. I questioned it but they said it was the same despite it not being the right part number I provided. I got home and realized it was a much inferior product for almost the same price. AND the warranty was 90 days instead of a year. I would not have bought it had that been disclosed. Anyways, I brought the battery back in within the 90 days because it kept losing charge and they said it was fine. I brought it again at 92 days only to find out it went bad and their system won’t let them do anything even though they recognized me from several weeks before. O’Reillys is a 4 minute drive and I’m taking all future business there.

Excellent, professional and courteous service at this specific Advance Auto Parts location.. it was actually the 1st time I ever used them. I saw online that they do Auto Battery replacements and disposal of the old battery, so i got a Jumpstart and immediately headed there. I chose the battery I wanted and nobody tried to upsell me, they were just incredibly knowledgeable & helpful, and I had my Battery replaced and was driving home safely & securely in 7nder 10 minutes.... i was very pleased and impressed with the staff & the organization of the store & I absolutely 100% recommend them.

I got a loaner tool from another local advanced auto parts. I attempted to return the item today with my receipt and was told by the manager the item needed to be returned to the store it was received from. I pulled up the advanced auto policy which clearly states loaner tools can be returned to any advanced auto store.. i went back inside of the store and told the manager what it said on the advanced auto site to which the manager ended up calling me "dude" and was getting very sassy and repeatedly refused to refund me and take the loaner tool back. He said he was the store manager and I believe his name was Damien. I went to another advanced auto that stated the loaner tools can be returned to any location and it was a simple process. It appears that there is some laziness going on here and people don't want to do their job. This employee I dealt with should definitely not be a manager

The staff was really helpful and made our experience of a dead battery much more pleasant than it could have been. Recommend this store for all your auto needs!

Damon help me out with a new car battery. His customer service was unmatched and a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a battery with a 3 year warranty. I went to this location because my battery wouldn't start. The technician (he claimed that his name was Melvin) told me that he was not allowed to test or change my battery after dark due to safety concerns. I asked if they do not consider their female customers safety after dark, and his manager walked up with a very nasty attitude and said that's their policy. When I asked their names so that I can confirm this information with corporate, the guy who claimed that he was the manager (Damon Mitchell) gave me his name and (in a sarcastic manner) told me to contact Tony Ingram. I told them that I frequently make purchases at Advance Auto and I've never been denied service, especially something serious as battery issues. For years, I've dealt with Advance Auto in multiple states and the customer service always stood out...but this was horrible and the men were not professional at all. I pray that in the future, these men be more compassionate to others.

Three times I've been in here recently and three times they've told me to go to auto zone up the road. They don't even attempt to help you look for things anymore. They just tell you to go to AutoZone, so ya know what, half a mile up beach is AutoZone and that's where I'll be taking my business. It's apperant that the staff cannot be bothered to do their jobs. Once for a fan clutch tool they told me they didn't sell until I walked down the aisle and got it for myself. Once for a water pump for a 2005 Chevy, and they told me they didn't have it, went out to my truck ordered it on their website and sat in the parking lot while they confirmed my order and then said it was ready for pick up. The third time was a can of duplicolor paint, claimed they didn't sell it, I had to go on there website again and pull it up myself to get them to grab it from the back for me.
