Check in can be slightly slow, one of those places where people stack up inside snd then outside and go in as people come out. But loading was really fast. I was fully loaded in 10 minutes after bumping dock. They do allow you to park on site as well. The girl and guy I dealt with while checking out wete much more friendly and approachable than the guy I dealt with when I checked in. The other two seem to love their job and the other guy seemed like he'd rather be at home.

This place does not mess around with your time like so many other places. I received a load that someone else failed on and arrived 2 hrs past the appointment time. Of course I expected to be here forever- nope, James and Stew had be loaded and gone in 40 minutes !! Respectful and courteous and efficient they also have a restroom for drivers.

Easy in and out, showed up early and was greeted with a very friendly staff member Stuart, he was helpful and patient while I searched for my PU#. Everyone seems really nice here and professional team atmosphere. Loading was super fast and paperwork too! Open your doors and slide them tandems back for ease of loading. Plenty of room to maneuver here too, huge truck loading area. Would definitely like to load here again. Good people, with friendly staff.

Google maps shows there's nothing there but the facility is in that lot. Park in the lot and check-in by door#16. Bring your ID, they'll give you a door to back into. When light is green, go to retrieve your ppwk.

Over the past two years, I have consistently been impressed by the exceptional work of the entire warehouse crew. However, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Tiffany, James and Frankie who consistently go above and beyond to ensure the satisfaction of the drivers. In my 15 years as an owner-operator, I have never encountered a warehouse that provides such exceptional service. The crew’s dedication to making each driver happy is truly commendable, especially considering the challenges they face with some of our drivers. Despite the occasional difficulties, Tiffany remains steadfast in her efforts to create a positive and efficient work environment. She prioritizes making each driver happy. They also have access to clean restrooms, ample space to maneuver, and occasionally, refreshing sparkling ice to take with you. I urge the management to continue recognizing and rewarding the outstanding work of this crew. Drivers who encounter waiting time on a busy day should understand that this crew is doing their best. Mr. Cruz!!!

Had a 1pm appointment spent the night before here checked in at 6am went right to a door & loaded quickly. Very professional truly care about the drivers and there time. Highly recommend! Tiffany and Stewey where awesome.

Absolutely Great Place To Load At If I Could Give It 100 Stars I Would. First Time Here To Load. Great Overnight Parking Nice And Quiet In Industrial Park. They Have A Dumpster At Entrance Of Gate Comin In Use It Don't Be Lazy And Ruin This By Throwing Garbage In Parking Lot. Great Staff Very Friendly And Quick Get You In And Out As Fast As They Can. I Had A 4 pm Appointment To Load And They Would've Loaded Me At 6 am But My 10 Hours Wasn't Up Until 10 am I Checked In At 930 am And Was Loaded And Had Paperwork By 10 am. This Place Is Top Notch Takin Care Of Drivers Every Facility Should Definitely Learn From This Place. Check In Is Next To Door 16 And Restroom For Driver To Use.
