Jim was great! We came in shortly before closing time and he was very helpful by showing us two climate controlled units. He was very thorough, gave all necessary information leaving us with no questions. We signed a contract and now have a new unit to store things we simply don’t have room for at home.

Very smooth and easy process to get in. Upgraded me at a minimal cost to a bigger unit. Will use again.

We have rented at the Old St Augustine Rd/295 Jacksonville location for several years and I must say Ron and Judy run a very clean and well maintained complex. From the moment you walk in until you leave and on reoccurring visits you are given the royal treatment and made to feel valued as a customer. The facility is always clean and neat. On a recent visit there was a little hiccup with someone’s unit and the professionalism they showed in handling it went above and beyond. They truly know how to offer outstanding customer service at all times. This has been the cleanest place I have ever rented from. Ron and Judy Stormy are definitely an asset to Atlantic Self Storage.
